Be careful of hole position if replacing existing hinge. Picture not of exact part.
The original hinge that broke had DTC stamped on it and 165A48 in the cast part. I could not find a way to buy direct from DTC, a chinese company. I found the picture that most resembled my part and ordered that. The part that arrived was made entirely of stamped metal (not saying that's bad, original part had metal fatigue failure in the pot metal) with no pot metal cast parts (like the picture). But the real problem was the screw holes were in a different position. Before drilling holes in the cabinet or the hinge, I went back to cabinet store and lucky me, they had a replacement hinge from DTC with holes in the same places. Much kudos to the engineers that can create such a cool mechanism, let alone envision it in the first place.

It is what it is
These hinges are very well made. Delivery was fast and on time. I do have a problem and is not with this product. Its my cabinets, they are made and sold by Lowes, but they are 16 years old. The hinges then had bigger holes and bigger screws and larger diameter. My older hinges broke in the middle. I went to Lowes and all hinges they sell, are for new cabinets, smaller screws. The sales man said Sir you are not going to find them in stores try Amazon, so I did. He did try to sell me 17 new cabinets with new hardware. So as you can see I'm in a bind,and no were to go. The hinges are longer and the bends are more profusely on the new ones. The older well are bigger all the way around. We tried using the new ones by making the holes bigger, but it doesn't work, because you have to have precise holes in order to do the up, down and side adjustments. So I have new hinges on old doors with bigger holes, using the older screws on newer hinges, with made holes that are not perfect. So my doors lok OK, but the adjustments are not correct. So it is what it is. We are older now. So I told the wife don't worry its our granddaughter's problem now - she will get the house when both of us are gone

Well Constructed.
The directions made it more confusing than it actually is and I ended up not following them, though I wish it would have said what the max overlay is because I had a pantry door that I wanted to cover as much of the surrounding frame as possible. I was afraid of it rubbing so I just did the standard 5mm offset anyway.. The hinges seem pretty darn sturdy and easy to adjust with some margin of error in terms of the face of the frame not being totally plumb. My pantry door is 80x27 and I used four hinges. If they fall apart I'll come back and update my review. My theory is that the hinges fail over time because of hitting their internal stops repeatedly but these swing super wide - way wider than I'll ever actually need the door to go, which should avoid that problem.

The hinge does not match the picture
The review written by Austin above with the picture is accurate. Hickory should fix the page. The picture they show of the hinge is not what they ship. The picture is the exact hinge I have from DTC, but what they ship is slightly different and the 2 mounting holes that go on the door do not line up to the drilled holes on my cabinet. If Austin above somehow reads this, I would like to know where he got the DTC hinge from.

Easy to install and adjust hinge with a wide range of movement
Hinge was easy to install and to and adjust. I am giving it 4 out of 5 because this hinge doesn't quite get the door out of the way for a full extend drawer slide mounted to the frameless carcass. The door ever so slightly catches the slide when fully extending.

Holes didnt meet
It did not fit the spot it was intended for. We had to drill out the holes to fit the holes in the mirror door.

Beautiful hinge for NEW installation into wood or metal cabinets
Beautiful hinge for NEW installation into wood or metal cabinets. But NOT an exact replacement for hinge 165A48 installed in a metal cabinet. The 48 refers to the distance between hole centers on left end of hinge (as pictured). The P5120-14 has holes closer together, so require new holes to be drilled through metal cabinet. I ended up buying new medicine cabinet...
