Actually works!
This thing actually works! It "eats" the regular sized small cars. Larger Hot Wheels cars are too big for it. And, children need to know not to "eat" other small items that can jam it. It has seen lots of heavy use picking up cars and being played with in our house, and it's holding up well. It does have some noise at the child runs it across the floor or rug, and gobbles up cars with it - but not any louder than you'd expect. It's a bit less noisy on a low-pile carpet. Great toy. Not to big, thankfully.

Four-year-old grandson, loves it.
This is fun to play with. Who doesn’t want cars to come out of a shark’s mouth? It was pretty easy for my daughter-in-law to assemble it quickly. Very colorful and eye-catching for a child. Note, I submitted this once, but I accidentally said dinosaur so this is a corrected review.

Hot Wheels Shark Comp Transporter = Big Hit With The Boys 5 - 3
I bought two different types of Hot Wheels playsets for two boys, 5 and 3 years old. The boys love this Shark Chomp Transporter! What is excellent about the Shark Chomp is that the boys are encouraged to use the `Shark` to pick up all of their other Hot Wheels cars and store them away at the end of play either in the `Shark` or the Hot Wheels Garage Ramp Storage kit.
