So pretty and we’ll made

This is a beautiful addition to my kitchen renovation. Faucets are the jewelry in your kitchen and this one’s a real gem.

Paltry water flow, kink in sprayer cable, spacing between faucet handle and sprayer

I purchased this faucet to replace my main kitchen faucet, which was worn out from 18 years of use. I wanted to like it, because it seems really well made, but I'm returning it for a refund. Main complaint is a water flow that can best be described a paltry, even if the tap is fully open. I did not take video, but the flow is only about 1/4 as strong as my existing faucet. My plumber remarked that the intake hoses seemed really narrow (shown in picture 1). My next complaint is sort of specific to my kitchen. However, if you are installing this faucet to replace an existing one, be aware that the faucet handle (and it's movement) may interfere with the sprayer (and vice versa). In my second picture, you can start to grasp this. On my sink, these holes are about 6" apart. Lastly, and this is minor, but the sprayer cable had a noticeable kink in it right out of the box. It didn't interfere with the sprayer (which actually had a nice strong water flow) but when you pay this much for a faucet, it should come out of the box in perfect condition.

Beautiful Faucet!

This faucet is solid. Very heavy and well built. If you're looking for solid brass construction, this is it. Even the sprayer is brass. The brushed nickel finish is incredible and spot resistant. I replaced a 15 year old faucet that had a pull out sprayer so I had to cut a hole in my granite counter top for the side sprayer. It took longer to get the old faucet out than it did to hook up the new faucet. It was fairly easy to install all things considered. I'm not a plumber so I took my time and did not rush the install. Very happy with the look and the performance. It really dresses up our kitchen.

I love it!!!

I love it! Came to me in one day! Was boxed beautifully! I had it professionally installed. Works beautifully! Heavy substantial faucet! Now looking for drain and soap dispenser to match! I would definitely buy this product again.

water flow is terrible.

love the look, feel and quality. However, the water flow is horrible, even when the water lines are fully opened. Would like to know how if other buyers were successful at fixing this.

Stunning.

This faucet is beautiful. Had a plumber professionally install it after my new granite counters were installed. It is extremely well made and heavy. It is very smooth when you turn the water on and off . I am so happy.

Dripping water

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to have this faucet in my kitchen. I asked a plumber to come over and install it for me today and It’s started leaking right away. I’m extremely disappointed right now ! I’m gonna call the manufacturer and ask for a new one ! RETURN ! Ps. I replaced the item and the new one is leaking more than the previous one! Done with this product. Looks nice but doesn’t worth the headache.

Dripping water

It is beautiful -I finally installed by licensed plumber. That’s for some reason the sprayer is dripping even I don’t use it
