Very High Quality

These are getting harder to find with the "Air Gap" for some reason. They are made in Taiwan and are very high quality so I might buy a couple of spares.

It works, not sure how long? The lever is wobbly and made of plastic. Looks nice and simple, just as I wanted.

Customer support is hard to access

I installed the valve, there is water at the inlet however when the faucet is opened no water runs through it. This is not a review but a question, how do I fix the faucet or do I need to return it?
