Great product
So I bought these a while ago and it took me a while to get around to installing them. I replaced all of my wall switches downstairs with smart switches--6 dimmers and 1 without. I also replaced my other dumb switches with rockers because they look similar. The previous owners of my house loved recessed lighting with dimmers. Prior to buying, I made sure each of the switches had a neutral--thankfully they did despite being an older house. We have four three way switches (2 and 2) which I did a smart switch on one side and a regular rocker on the other. In terms of look, these switches look good with rockers which was why I bought them. That said, because they don't function quite like they would if it weren't a smart switch which makes sense; you have to flip the rocker twice before the light comes on. Not a huge deal. They function well with Google. I felt like they were very easy to setup in terms of connecting them to the app and then to Google Home. Hold the switch for five seconds till it blinks and sync it with the app. Easy. I would give 4.5 stars of that were an option only because the actual receptacle install was a NIGHTMARE. The directions provided are... fine--especially if you know mostly what you're doing. I am not a certified electrician but it's not my first time swapping light switches and figured out how to swap these out. But actually attaching the wires to the receptacle was DIFFICULT, bordering on infuriating. Other than that, tho, if you have multiple switches--three ways, dimmers, these might be a good option for you. I have a total of 11 light switches downstairs and really wanted something that looked consistent across the board and this was it.

Excellent customer service. Good product. Configuring the switch to work with Alexa was easy.
I like the product, the customer service is excellent, and I'd buy this and other products from them again. The process for adding 3rd party devices to Alexa varies from supplier to supplier, and this was one of ther better ones. Documentation that came with the product is shrunk so it can fit in the package. This makes it hard to read. At my request, iBright sent me a PDF of the same instructions which made installation easy. The screw terminals on the switch are a weak point. Modifying them to make the wire hole a little tighter and/or giving us the ability to screw the wire directly would be a big improvement. Resetting the device - required for configuration - is awkward. It is a 3-step, not intuitively obvious process. Give us a reset button or a way to reset the switch with by sticking a paperclip through a hole would also be a big improvement. But the product does exactly what I need it to, pairing it with Alexa was easy, and customer service is great. And I don't know what Sheerness is, so it gets a 3.

Did not work
Bought 3, 1 had stripped screws out of the box and marker written all over it (someone's previous return). 1 would not sync at all and the last one would not even power on. I replaced all of them with Levinton switches which worked fine out of the box.

Not all copper wires work with this product and the instructions can be confusing
I liked that this product does what it says it does which is dims. I’ve had no problem with this product, except the installation of the dimmer it was difficult to find the correct outlets to plug in the wires. Especially when you have copper wires it is a really difficult process. But overall a good product.

3 way smart dimmer under 20 bucks
This light switch installs easily. Works with smart life app. And the 3way function is great. The switch is a little bulky compared to some other 3 way dimmers but, it's great. Stepless dimming when holding the up and down buttons works great. No issues with connecting, not loss of connection with my network. Overall a great product and it was exactly what I needed. A smart wifi dimmer with 3 way functionality. The wiring for this device was easy, needing only 2 wires to be reconfigured as the diagram in the manual shows.

Easy Alexa integration
I was able to get the switch integrated to Alexa but wasn’t able to get the wires connected correctly. I’m not an electrician and my wires were all black. So I had to return the product but I’m sure I was the problem, not the switch.

Very Useful!
This switch was easy to install and looks really nice. I have it in my workspace and it’s already helped to keep my workflow smooth, I can turn my lights on with my phone! No more setting aside all of my work so I can move without making a mess. This little helper is my new friend, I recommend this product!

1 of 3 disconnected from wifi
I bought 3 and one of them already does not connect to wifi. It still functions as a switch and dimmer. Other 2 works fine.
