Pretty solid bag, cheap handle

No complaints about the bag itself. Glides like a dream, solid zippers, great color, exterior pocket, overhead bin compliant, pretty lightweight and generally trustworthy. I stuffed this thing full of like 9 days worth of outfits and shoes and took it across the US no problem. Then I stuffed even more stuff in it and took it home. It's great... Except for the cheap, plastic collapsing handle. It always feels like its going to break. I'm not sure if it isn't already broken because there are lengths I would expect it to stay up in at which it falls back into itself. This will absolutely not be a problem for you if you are more than 5 foot 2 or so, but if you're short like me, and you can afford to, get a slightly nicer bag or make peace with eventually having to replace the handle... Somehow. Edit: when I bought this bag, there was only one review and that was someone complaining that the bag was front heavy and showed a video of it falling over in an airport... While that is pretty inconvenient, that is an issue which would be almost entirely the fault if how one packs the bag, not of the bag itself, and I did not have this problem because I didn't load all the heavy stuff into the front of the bag.

Nice But Could be Better

I was looking for a lightweight suitcase to replace my current one and thought I would try this IT model. It is indeed very lightweight, and the wheels work well. This particular model has a nice storage compartment for shoes inside, which their other models don't seem to have. However, the zippered compartment on the front is in my opinion completely useless, as it has no depth and can only accommodate something like a magazine. After much pondering, I regretfully returned this model and continue search for suitcase with good function as well as good looks.

Very inconvenient, keeps falling down on flat surface.

The media could not be loaded. Luggage is not stable. It keeps flipping over if expander is used. I do not recommend it.
