Great for autistic daughter

These were perfect for our sensory kiddo. Good fit and feel.

Not the best for girls with thick legs

My 5 1/2 year old wears a typical size 6. She has a booty and thicker thighs. These size 6 fit her in the waist, but were tight in the legs. They are stretchy, which is nice, but it made them look like biker shorts and thus not school dress code appropriate. They were returned.

Finally the perfect short for everyday

These are excellent shorts. I have such a hard time finding shorts for my sporty daughter because of the waist or length or both. They are good for any kid that doesnt want to fuss with zippers. These are stretchy, long enough, and perfect on the waist for her medium frame. She likes them too! I have both colors and plan to buy more. I wish they woul come out with more colors.
