Taps stop short

Plumber installed then told me these taps were not built with any adjustment option to allow them to turn off to a flat position. So they end at tilting several degrees. And the flow rate at 1.8 seems very brisk. Will need to get an aerator, if there is one to fit this faucet. Update March 26: Customer service is great. Sent me a new set of handles. I am very happy with these faucets.

Better looking in person! A beautiful satin finish and price can’t be beat!

I needed a replacement for my cast iron kitchen sink and this is even better in person! My other faucet lasted 9 years and I couldn’t repair parts, so I’m hoping this brand is better and I believe parts can be repaired unlike my other faucet—so fingers crossed! If it only last 9 years, I can afford another one at this price!

Great faucet!

We were remodeling an older home with the water comming out of the wall in the kitchen and this faucet looks so much more modern and was easy to install.
