looks great

At first I thought it was the wrong size, because I did not realize that the hinges were adjustable. The hinges are a little wobbly/sloppy, but otherwise it is a great looking seat. I have a similar seat in another bathroom, and it still looks good, unlike the wooden seats that even at the store have worn out paint and scoffs. I expect it to last a long time.

Difficult To Install.

The Oyster Shells are Gorgeous. The hinge set up is not very good. Did not fit my toliet right no matter what I did. I ended up replacing the hinge system with a standard hinge from my old toliet seat to make it work.

Easy, Breezy!

This was easy to install in less than 15 minutes. Just remember to turn the hinges outward when you first start like it says in the directions. Everything else is simple. Great product! It looks beautiful!

Mounting hardware came backwards

Tried to mount toilet seat with hardware as is and it was inches short. The mounting plate was backwards. Once we spent the time to figure out that was the problem —-it was a simple screw removal and flip and reinstall screw. Glad i didnt send it back. It looks so good now.

Slow Close Toilet Seat of my Wife's Dreams

The media could not be loaded. We got this seat for all four bathrooms in the house to stop the toilet seat slams. The seat closes slowly, is comfortable and beautiful, by my wife's standards. The only issue is the plastic hardware, which needs to be tightened every few months, or the seat will wiggle a bit as it closes.

Very nice Seat but hardware is absolutely trash

For the record, the hardware is hiding in the Styrofoam that’s securing the seat for everyone who says missing hardware. The seat is very beautiful, but the hardware absolutely does not work and you are supposed to turn the little knob around by loosening the screw and flipping it around forward to secure properly everyone needs to follow instructions, but the hardware is no good. It does not secure to sit down no matter what I do I am very handy but hardware does not work I do not recommend this product.

Don’t buy this toilet seat! It started falling apart.

Very soon after install this toilet seat, Pieces started falling apart the rubber separating the seat from the toilet fell off. The screws holding the seat together fell out. So disappointing I paid almost $100 for the toilet seat.
