gorgeous fixture!

i adore this light so much! it looks so cool and throws great light patterns on the ceiling and walls around it. i did not use the wiring that came with it, as i needed a plug-in wire for the location above my "dining" table (which still seriously needs updating, this is just our old kitchen table from our apartment before we moved into our home). however the light shade itself is stunning, exactly what i was looking for. i had been casually (and not-so-casually) browsing for something for months on and off, until i stumbled upon this and it was exactly the sort of thing i had in mind. honestly the full price is a bit steep for it (~$230 at the time of my purchase), but i was extremely lucky and was able to nab one of the "like new returns" or whatever for half price, which i was happy with. it did arrive with one spoke detached at the top, which is nothing and took all of 5 minutes to glue back in place (mostly drying time for the glue) and it is completely unnoticeable. i would like to add in regards to my photo, that it was taken when the light first arrived and i have since re-centered my table below the light as well as lowered the light by a good 8-10". will need to do more adjustments (height & placement) someday when we get a nice big dining table, but for now that is what works with our setup.

Perfect Size!

Love this fixture. It is perfect for our living room. My husband shorten the wire so it would look more flush mount. Our ceilings are not very tall, so this worked better for us.

Flimsy.

Very pretty. But flimsy. 3 pieces broke. I had to glue it back. Very light. Not worth almost 300$
