First one leaked, but they replaced it---what a hassle!

We had to have the plumber come back a second time because of the leaky faucet they provided the first time. The replacement model has worked fine now for 4 months. Very nice looking.

So far, so good

The faucet looks great at our kitchen sink - very modern and attractive. Both spray and full stream functions work well. The only issue is that sometimes, the head needs some help retracting. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Impressive ... but one issue!

A sleek looking faucet and install went well. I have always purchased Delta faucets in the past and this is the first time I've tried a Kraus product. Very impressed with the quality thus far. However, I do wish the weight for the pull-out handle were heavier. When releasing the pull-out it doesn't go all the way back in. Yes, I know you don't want too much weight to snap it back; however, this is just not enough. Yes, I've checked to make sure the braided hose is not catching on something causing this issue. Yes, I've positioned the weight at the bottom center of the braided hose! The issue is the lack of weight! Problem solved, I just added another weight and it works fine now. Would be nice if included another weight ... about have the size of the one sent ... to add it the customer needed/wanted it.

*READ IF FAUCET LEAKS*

Luckily someone else posted this in the QA section. The nozzle screws on and off and after a year of using it the nozzle slowly became unscrewed enough to cause leaking that appears from everywhere because of how it trails the water. If you simply screw that back on the leaking stops. We almost replaced this just because of that. It's beautiful and has great pressure. The black and stainless is a conversation piece. It's also easy to maintain in the way that it does not have issues with water spots or collecting dirt.

Fantastic faucet!

This company and faucet was recommended by our plumber. He said it is very well-made and wonderful to install because of the quality. We are delighted with it and highly recommend!

Does not come with 3 hole plate! Must purchase separately.

This is a great faucet. I have had it installed for about 3 months with zero issues. I was a bit aggravated when I went to install it and discovered that it did not come with the mounting plate for a 3 hole install. For the price I paid, it should have came with the plate. Other than that, it has been a great faucet.

Gorgeous Faucet!

I have good luck with Kraus faucets in the past and was pleasantly surprised to find that this faucet is just as well made. Not only is it gorgeous in person, the faucet has nice heft and comes with quality parts necessary for installation.

Well made, stylish

It's been in the kitchen 2 years now, and has held up well. Easy to install. The reason for 4 stars is that occasionally the detachable spray head will loosen and that drips water back down the faucet into the cabinet.

Looks good and has quality parts

Highly Recommended

Great faucet. Install was a little tricky as the undermounted sink edge interferred with the large nut fully tightening but we just added a few washers to the main body and it worked. No leaks. Weighted spray nozzle retracts just fine. High quality all around. Highly recommended.
