doesnt make you look fat!

i wore this skirt on easter sunday. it's so unexpected it kinda comes at you you need a second to soak it in! lots of fun people comment positive vibes all around. made like a circle skirt although lightly lined it's not heavy feeling. i love it wish i could get the little jacket. krista

Unique and wonderful

I really love this skirt and also got the blouse. I think the fabric is awesome - it's a super light weight linen/cotton. It looks (and flows) 100% better once you iron it out as it arrives pretty wrinkled. I am 5'5" so the skirt goes to my ankles which is my only complaint. if you were to take off the extra 5" at the bottom of the skirt you would remove the "spray paint mist" detailing. But it still looks awesome either with the blouse or with a black top - just a little more formal than mid-calf. Can't wait to have an opportunity to wear it! Thank you Amazon for this incredibly fun opportunity to buy a unique designer fashion at every day clothes prices! To Gary, love ya!

If pear shaped with a small waist size down / includes a side invisible zipper / no pockets

I liked the skirt but a large (5’7”, 153 lbs, weight in hips) was about 2 to 4” too big in the waist for me - waist about 30 inches. Has a small amount of elastic in the back waist which was nice - note an invisible zipper on the side - didn’t see it at first. Wish it had pockets. Nicely made of a heavier cotton/linen fabric with a light weight underskirt.

If you are short, this shirt is too long for you

I was super excited to try this shirt, knowing from the reviews it may be too long for me. I'm 5'4' and usually wear a 6 - 8. I ordered a medium and while it fit well, it was way too long for me. I would have to take off a good 4 - 6 inches to make it look like it does on the model. Also being a bit more petite, the shirt was a lot of fabric for my body type. It felt like just way to much fabric for me. On the positive, it is very nice cotton and lined. I also think it fit true to size. If you are 5'7". there is a good chance this shirt would work great for you.

Fits great; beautiful design; lots of outfit potential year round

Didn't know if I would like this based on the reviews but I love it! The print is unique and I disagree about the fabric being cheap. It is a nice heavy material - almost a cotton/linen blend. It is a little long on me at 5'5. Comes down to my ankles but I don't mind that too much. Looks cute with boots or ballet flats and the outfit combos are endless. I wanted the shirt too but it was sold out. I'll keep checking back on that. I wear a 27 or 28 in jeans and I bought a small. Fits perfect. Wish it had pockets but other than that, I love it!

Something’s amiss…

This skirt is missing pockets, so it doesn’t get five stars from me. I can’t imagine why it was made without them! There’s a lot of fabric that went into the construction of this garment. A tiny bit more for pockets would have made it perfect.

Lovely skirt and good value

I liked the colour and design as I did most of Gary’s design on making the cut. At first I got size 14 which is my usual size but decided to exchange for size large which is more comfortable. There is a piece of elastic at the back of the waistband for ease. Looking forward to wearing this in the summer.

Gorgeous skirt with an excellent fit.

Loved the fit and stretch in the back of the waistband. This was a pleasant surprise. The weight of the material is perfect, giving additional shape to the skirt.

Comprerei tutti gli outfit di Gary ma quando ho visto l'episodio in cui ha creato questa gonna,è stato un colpo di fulmine. La adoro. È il primo acquisto di Making The Cut che faccio e sono soddisfatta. Ho preso un XS (di solito infosdo una S ma non ho voluto rischiare) e il girovitadella gonna è perfetto. Sono alta 1,50 quindi purtroppo dovrò farla accorciare almeno un 5 cm ed è un peccato perché verrà via un pezzo del disegno in basso. Nom vedo l'ora che sia estate per indossarla. Adoro le gonne lunghe ma è difficile trovarne che stiano bene. Adoro le creazioni di Gary. Amazon come sempre impeccabile nelle consegne.
