Great super thin lights

I bought these to replace some our contractor installed. I have six lights on one switch so it was all on or all off with the original installation. These were super thin wafer lights and I looked everywhere to try and replace them with a light I could use my Google Assistant to turn them on. These lights worked great and were as thin as the lights I replaced. Now I can ask Google to turn one or two on or turn all six on. Add to that the ability to adjust the temperature, color and dim them down using Google or the app on my phone.

Very nice but faulty wiring

These lights are incredible and fun. They look great, very light, and very easy to install. The app that drives them is also very easy to install and operate. The brightness will light up an operating room. The dimming is very adjustable and many different colors you can make them at will. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because 2 of mine have issues with the wiring. Every once in a while I have to jiggle the wires coming out of the junction box to get them to work. There is a bad connection or something.

Great light and great support

I have had these lights for a little over a year now and they are very easy to install, and use. I did have issues with 2 of them after the warranty expired but support still assisted me and replaced them under the coverage! Highly recommend due to ease of use and great customer support

Lights get the job the done.

I recently upgraded my down stairs from boob lights to these wafer lights. I started off with Govee wafer lights because I was already familiar with their app and products. Unfortunately, I ran into a section of the house where a vent blocked the Govee’s wafer lights from going in. I decided to use Lumary’s wafer lights for this section because they were much thinner, almost 50% thinner. After playing with these lights for about a week and comparing it to govee’s. There some quark that you have to look past if you intend on purchasing. 1. These lights do not support scenes within the Alexa environment. So music mode and fancy light shows like Govee. 2. This doesn’t happen very frequently however, it is worth noting. When you power off the lights and power them back on after an extended period of time, some lights don’t immediately come on. You have to turn off the lights and turn them back on in order to get it back on.

Annoying Quirks

I bought these for my kitchen remodel. I selected the Alexa integrated lights to keep up with smart home technology. Annoying: when the electrician got them hooked up and flipped the switch, they were all blinking waiting to connect to wi-fi. I synched them all to the wi-fi network and grouped them together. Annoying: All was good until my toddling grandson flipped the switch a few times in succession. They were all blinking again because they disconnected from the wi-fi network. I played around with the coloring of the lights from my phone. All the colors are fun, but Annoying: one or two of the lights would disconnect from the group. I’d have one white light and the rest were all kinds of color-wonder. Finally, the lights are super bright cold white by default. I prefer a little less light that’s warmer. I’d set it up, and Annoying: one or more of the lights would again disconnect from the group and reset to super bright white. Sometimes they’d all revert. Very quirky and I wish I’d spent a lot less money on plain white, non wi-fi lights instead.

Kids absolutely love it!!!

We got the lights installed in our kids play room. They absolutely love changing the colors and playing with the Alexa. It works with music too so it’s absolutely so cool! It has different white light features and works with Alexa very well! You can have her dim the lights, change the color, use effects. It’s all around amazing. Would definitely buy again

When Millennials Buy Homes

The media could not be loaded. So as a Millennial gamer having just bought my first home, these lights appealed greatly to me. We did our entire new construction house in these lights and on a white ceiling, they look very subtle. It was easier to place them in new positions on the ceiling than to replace recessed can lights (that were nailed down up in the attic). That said, they also blend well with white soffits. We used a 6" hole saw to drill out the holes, and used a larger bore drill to put a hole in the wall behind the soffit to run the power cord through to the attic. It should be noted that if you are putting these in your soffits, it's ideal to use a shim to create a small bracket to fix the junction box to the wall to so it's not resting on your soffits. We also ran it to a new switch in the garage that stays on----if you ever need to reset your lights, they should always be ran to a wall switch so you don't have to flip your power on and off at the circuit board. They easily connected to the wifi, though I will say that I also have several EERO wifi extenders (2.4ghz) through-out my home that made it easier. The app worked well to set up scenes, though I wish it had some more automated scenes (like fading from one color to another in a roygbiv pattern or slow chasing).

Se descompuso en la instalación

Las luces se descompusieron durante la instalación, que la hizo un electricista con experiencia. Empezaron a parpadear para programarsec y en lo que fui por la tablet se apagaron y ya no volvieron a perder, no las puedo devolver porque se pegaron con "no más clavos", anteriormente de esta marca compré otro modelo que cuando se apaga, queda un poco de luz. No recomiendo la marca para nada.
