I hate to be a Karen BUT …

Uneven dye streaks across curtains. They are very dingy and unclean looking. They also had an unpleasant odor. I was totally disappointed & then … I requested a return & sent them back via UPS using the Amazon return label. Somehow, I was being sent a replacement instead of a return credit!!. I canceled the replacement and it somehow VOIDED my return! After I shipped them back!!! I contacted Amazon customer support to fix the glitch to which the rep said she would and acted as if she was in a hurry to get me off the phone. She never fixed the glitch! I tracked the UPS package … it arrived today! I am writing this review in hopes somebody in customer service will check on the matter & finally refund my account! Lesson learned … Do not cancel any replacement through Amazon if you already returned an item! Wait & return the replacement as well!
