Ordered my size, way too small

Checked the size label on the product and it was the size I ordered. My heel hangs off the back when I put them on and after walking just a short distance my heel is well off the back of these flip flops where it is very uncomfortable to walk. Maybe if I wore them several days they would be better but out of the box I'm very disappointed.
