Defective from the factory
We opened the box to install it in our new office and found that the top compartment is not sealed, visibly. I am totally disappointed as this should have been caught by QC in the factory. Zoom in on the image I shared and you'll see the GAP between the trim and aluminum. Buyer beware on this one.

Perfect size for my needs!
This is the perfect size for my needs. I can fit Mother Earth pillows for my whole massage session in one door and wet towels in the other. I wish I had bought 2!

*************FIRE************************ Melted! Just about started a fire!!!!! After 4 months of use the towel warmer overheated and melted. I have been a massage therapist for 21 years and have never witnessed this. I have had 5 towel warmers in my career. I had a client on the table when it started to melt, someone could have been hurt!! Contacted Amazon 3 times I was told to contact the manufacturer. I did so and was told to contact Amazon. Neither will give me a refund!!! Do not purchase!!! All I wanted was my $170 back for something that could have caused injury or worse to me and my client. Not to mention thousands and thousands in damage. I am outraged!!!

Crack and water leaking on the floor
I meant to write this review quite a while ago. I wished I returned it when I had the chance to. I didn't listen to my guts! This towel warmer has been sitting at the same corner all the time. Water keeps dripping on the floor. There is practically never any water in the tray. I also noticed a crack right in the middle of the plastic liner way later. Don't know if it is because of the heat or something else. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Horrible quality
I never write reviews, but my experience with this product has been so bad that I feel compelled to share. First time this product arrived, the metal on the top of the enclosure was bent in a way that exposed the internals of the machine and was cosmetically a serious problem for any massage business. Asked for a new one to be sent and returned the old one. The second time the product arrived, I thought everything was fine until I opened one of the doors. The entire internal aluminum enclosure where the towels should fit was disconnected from the main shell of the machine, you could literally clank the inside of this thing around. Again, the internals of the machine were exposed. I'm actually glad that the quality of this machine was so low that TWO TIMES IN A ROW the product was defective on arrival, because I'm sure if I had gotten a "good one" given how flimsy the material on this machine it would have failed with very little physical shock. I've never been astounded by how low the quality of a product could be - I have absolutely no clue how Master Massage could even associate themselves with something of such utterly low, reproducibly poor construction. It gives me serious doubt about the credibility of their entire brand, and I will be very cautious with any other of their products. Absolutely do not buy this product, especially for a business where you cannot count on even a shred of reliability.

J'en ai commandé un, le boitié avait été écrasé, j'ai demandé un remplacement et celui-ci avait le coffrage interne déploté de la porte laissant ainsi les éléments chauffant à l'aire libre. Qui du coup est un risque grave d'incendie avec des serviettes à l'intérieurs. Je veux bien croire que j'ai reçu 2 citron... mais je leur laisse la chance. J'en ai commandé un 3eme. La grosseur est parfaite et c'est l'un des plus gros que vous trouverez sur le marché. 3 étoiles pour l'engagement à m'en fournir un fonctionnel.
