Wheelchair is very useful and served my needs well. It is shown as having leg rests as well as foot rests but there are no legrests. I did contact the supplier and got a very argumentative rude response and no adjustment. I will not buy from this supplier through Amazon again.

Good but armrests break easily!
I was really happy at how quick the wheelchair was delivered. The quality appeared the same or better than other wheelchairs we had previously rented. However, by the third day of using it, the left armrest broke off from the seat and the wheelchair didn't roll. Within a couple weeks, the right armrest broke off. I now need to buy another wheelchair for my mom with removable armrests, not permanent like this one. That way if the armrests break, at least I can replace them.

Great Value - Great Product - Faulty Picture!
Great quality wheel chair for an aging parent. When it is collapsed it will fit nicely into most midsize car trunks or roll into the back seat area of four door midsize sedans. The picture here is NOT accurate in the padded leg and foot rest attachment. You will only receive a detachable foot rest device - that will unlock and swing to the side of the wheel chair for ease of use when wheeling up to a table to eat, as an example.

Extremely happy with product
We looked all over for a good reliable wheelchair that was light, performed well, and was not financially prohibitive. This chair fills the bill on all counts. It is comfortable, easy to get around in, and plenty big enough for the average sized person. (I am 5'11" and weigh 195 lbs.) Until we found this chair, the cheapest we found with all the features we wanted was $300-$400 and none of them looked as good as this one in the pictures. So if you are needing just a good basic all-around wheelchair I would highly reccomend this one!

18" is too narrow for the 300 lbs. weight limit. More plastic than I thought. no calf pads present as in the picture and descri
no calf pads on the leg rests. piece of right rear side panel broken. box was in to bad condition to return. I've called Big Apple Supplies and hopefully they'll have a solution. Leo N.

Don't Judge a Book by the cover.
I was very disappointed in the Excel 2000. Look at the picture you show of the product. Do you the pads on the Foot holder? Look closely, note when you get this, look closely at the foot/leg holders. There are NO shin/thigh/knee pad. Why put on a picture of the product if it does NOT come with. I had to order the foot/legs seperately. Another $68.00. If I would have had bought from MEDLINE direct and saved my over $50.
