The Best Shower Chair

Well made but missing screws

This shower chair is very sturdy (and nice looking) and will be perfect for my 84 year old mom. My only issue is that it arrived ready to assemble (easy to do) but missing 2 screws. Given that this chair will be used by an elderly person and will bear her weight; the missing screws seem important. Any way that the 2 screws can be sent to me? Otherwise, well made, sturdy and stylish shower chair.

Wow-looks very modern.

I have always had medical type bath chairs. The quality has always been sub-par and I usually end up replacing them every couple years. I saw this recently and took the chance. I didn't know they even made modern bath chairs. This chair looks modern and really nice in the shower. It is very sturdy and well build with quality materials. It was extremely easy to put together in 10 minutes with a wrench they provide and identical bolts only. Very simple. I would mention that the seat is a good quality rubber foam material that is locked in place on a sold wid base so it doesn't move around at all. Easy to lift off and clean if needed. I like that it is firm because it won't sag in over time like the other softer cushions that have no real support system, but for people who are very thin or need extra padding, it may not be a soft as they like. But, as I said I think this will hold up much longer. The whole thing was built with quality and modern look in mind. I attached a photo since others did the same and it helped me when I was shoppping around for one. Also, it looks great in a modern shower or bath. Good luck! 03/10 update--After several months it still works great! So easy to clean and holds up nicely. Great product!

Its a terrific chair

Looks so much better than the typical shower chair and its more comfortable due to the seat padding. Would like it if it came in other colors

Assessable Bath Chair

I just had our family home remodeled to accommodate my 93 year young mom where I am her full time caregiver. I wanted mom to have the accessibility when the time comes because she is up in age. I wanted something different other than the color white because my bath/shower room is grey, chrome, and silver. I had to get a friend to put it together only because I didn’t have the extra time. It came with all its parts and tools. It took less than 30 minutes to assemble. It is very sturdy, comfortable, adjustable, so easy to clean, and fits in my mom’s bath tub. Mom is about 130 pounds at 5 feet tall. It is not made for a person with wide hips and plus size like me.

Works great for a smaller person

This is perfect for my 92 year old Dad. He's a small guy, about 5-8 140 lbs. He gets around good and doesn't need any help, he doesn't like taking showers because he says it makes him weak. We took that excuse right away with this chair. I would not recomend this chair for a big person.

BEST EVER. SO MODERN

Comfortable, easy to get up with sturdy arms and legs. Sharp looking. Plummer installing grab bars was impressed too!

Very well constructed BUT make sure it fits you TUB.

Very well constructed BUT make sure it fits you TUB. Our tub has very rounded corners which resulted in the legs not sitting down on the base of the tub. NOT the chairs fault. Old chair had rickety legs so they flexed enough to fit in. This id MUCH more ridgid thus wont.
