Extremely Comfortable and Great Value

UPDATE: I have 6 pairs of these and love them. However, the heather gray already have a hole where the back pocket is attached and also the seam down the butt is pulling apart. These have been washed only twice. So I hope I do not experience similar problems with the other pairs. My waist is borderline between small and medium. I ordered these in the dark and light heather, both in medium, and I love them enough to order two more in red and blue. The waistband fits snugly but not too tight. I could probably have ordered a small but I'm afraid if the length was any shorter I might have had to return them. My only minor complaints are: 1. The front pockets could be a little bit deeper but they are ok. 2. The waistband is quite wide and I prefer a more narrow waistband but they are comfortable and a shirt covers the waistband anyway. These are so comfortable, the fabric is not real thick, and yet they are warm. Very happy. **UPDATE** Someone else in a review remarked that the other colors are bigger than the two gray heathers and that is absolutely true. I received my Medium red and blue and they are definitely larger in the waist and legs. Because I am borderline S/M I ordered two more of the red and blue in Small and they actually fit perfectly. Too bad I've already worn the Mediums or I would return them and keep the smalls. I will wear both but the small definitely is a better fit in appearance for me.

OKAY Product

**THE FIT** Bought three pairs for working out - 2 medium and one large, either size fits me decently and I am generally a 32(US) sized waist, athletic build 5'9'' 175lbs. **USE** I wanted shorts that didn't come half way up my thighs when doing box jumps or ab exercises but worked fine for other activity or lounging as well. Comfortable material which is more on the thinner side if that matters to you - have the same amount of flexibility as you'd expect from any sweats. **Quality** I would have given it 4 stars as the price isn't terrible and met most of my needs from above. Unfortunately 2 out of 3 pairs came with poorly stitched pockets.... everything else was held together very well but for some reason the pockets where slacking. One actually has a gap in the stitched enough for me to get a thumb through quite easy. Luckily I am handy with a needle and it took a few minutes to remedy this. The pocket material is much thinner than the rest (as it usually should be to avoid clumpy crotch regions) - but this might be important for people who have large phones/metal money clips etc etc. You will definitely feel the sag/floppyness of weight in your pockets if you are someone who habitually carries lots of things with you. OVERALL NOT BAD - Just need to have someone quality check the pocket stitching before they are shipped.

Almost Great, But Stymied By Build Quality

I really wanted to love these shorts. They're comfy. They look good. They're exactly the right thing for warming up the hip flexors, adductors, and gluteals (my current bugbear, as a dancer: my knees and calves boil while my my hip flexors and adductors stubbornly remain tepid). They have functional pockets, which is frankly kind of a miracle where warm-ups are concerned. However, the build quality isn't quite up to par. The fabric pills way too easily and some of the seams aren't great. Still, for the price, they're acceptable (sidebar: why do short joggers cost more more than long ones?). I like them, and I'll continue to wear them. I might even order a second pair, if I can't find something similar with slightly better build quality. Oh — a note on fit. I'm a dancer, and big jumps are kind of my thing. In dance, every day day is leg day — and I have the over-developed butt and thighs to prove it. On the other hand, I'm pretty lean (5'8", 150 pounds, 29" waist). Buying trousers can can be a nightmare. I wasn't sure which size to order; in fact, I could have safely gone a size smaller.

These are so incredibly comfortable. They have become my new “go to” pants

I want to start off saying I am a woman, not a man, but I bought these pants wanting a men’s fit (not too short or clingy) These run a tad on the small side, but I planned for that and got two sizes from what what normally fit me perfectly. These are so incredibly comfortable. They have become my new “go to” pants. I wear them when i workout, or sometimes I’ll throw them on as lounge pants. I even have slept in them a couple times. The material is thin, but not cheap, and honestly I wouldn’t want it thicker. The elastic is sturdy without being too tight. Love the pockets!(another reason to ditch girl clothes)

Comfy for hanging out at home, ????.

So these are men’s shorts but I figured I would try them, they are comfy. They are a bit slimmer fitting than I expected, but they are doable just so they don’t shrink in the wash. Fabric is like a thinner sweat pant, so they are warmer than I though. Overall I like the fit. I wear a size 14 women’s pant, and I’m 5 ft 2. And I ordered a large.

Pockets are too shallow

Bought as a replacement to a discontinued model. The pants fit well but the pockets are too shallow. A regular-sized phone doesn't fit in and is always at risk of falling out.

not bad, but not great

I'm 6'1" and about 140 lb so I'm quite slim. After sifting through the reviews and even finding the product's measurements on ebay, I decided on getting these in size large and they fit pretty much as depicted in the picture. Things to note: 1. Just as some others have said, the fabric is kinda thin. Not a huge issue but occasionally poses the risk of being a little revealing down you-know-where. 2. Also as others have noted, the legs are a bit slim even on a lanky guy like me, but there's ample crotch space. 3. The pockets are rather shallow save for the back pocket. They can only just barely hold my galaxy s5, and at rest the phone still sticks out, which is kind of a bummer. I was hoping to wear this out cassually, but I'd fear my phone or other pocket contents would spill out when I sit down. Given everything above these will probably be relegated to home and athletic wear. In short, not bad but not too great.
