Beautiful & Sturdy Dishware!

This dishware is a nice greenish color with a dark cream into a bronzey edge with ribbing. I use them everyday and they hold up beautifully in the microwave and dishwasher! Very happy with them!

Almost PERFECT dinnerware...if you love green and/or rustic style

My wife and I bought these a few months ago. We had to add them to a set I had previously as a few plates were dropped and broken. They arrived damage-free and they really look beautiful. The weight is just right and its style is perfect for dinner guests as well as everyday home use. We clean them daily in our automatic dishwasher with Cascade Platinum Dishwasher Pods, ActionPacs. Treat yourself with this set and you won't really be disappointed. The only two issues you might have are: 1. If you drop one on hardwood or ceramic floor, you will likely break it. 2. If you have it in the freezer, you might want it to set out to room temperature before heating up on the stove, in the microwave or in the oven. Otherwise, you could crack them.

Coloring as shown

Ordered two sets. The coloring is beautiful, only one broken plate broken on arrival. Mikasa agreed to replace the broken plate. The company has super nice customer service. Each plate is different , pattern is a little off center in some of the plates. Great for informal dining everyday use. They were package super nice with cardboard between plates and bowls. Can't judge durability yet, however they were a gift and the receiving person was satisfied.

Gorgeous Dinnerware

I ordered 2 sets of Mikasa's Gourmet Basics Jade 4 piece place settings. I'm totally thrilled with the careful way they were packaged, no breaks, chips or scratches. One dinner plate had a miniscule spot that is missing glaze. That happens with glazed stoneware. Its so small No one would notice without looking for it. The colors are stunning! A true deep jade with an almost bronze trim. Just like the photos. Just what I was looking for. Very happy with purchase and delivery!

Beautiful and durable!

I looked everywhere for some new dishes and was a little skeptical about ordering these without seeing them but after reading the reviews, decided to take a chance. These are exactly what I was looking for! Perfect, beautiful colors! We have concrete countertops so things tend to get broken easily but these have held up great. No chips, cracks, etc.

Durable enough for everyday use, but elegant enough for a fancy dinner party.

It took a lot of searching to find just the right dishes for my newly-renovated kitchen. Most of what I liked was super expensive and fragile. This Mikasa set is perfect. Everyone who sees it comments on how pretty and unusual it is.

I absolutely love this so much that I bought a second set!

Very nice quality. The other reviews with photos as well as the stock photos are accurate. They have unique small variants in each piece almost like a hand hammered bronze. I'm a musician and they remind me a bit of some very high-end cymbals. The mugs have kind of a rustic med evil appeal. The art is all in the eyes of the beholder. All have a nice solid weight. I'm particular about their shapes and sizes of my plates, bowls and mugs. All of these are beyond satisfactory. This is a unsolicited review.
