Good But Eats Batteries

Got this on March 14, 2019 as of April 26 2019, the batteries died. I thought the unit was broken but discovered it just needed batteries . Over all It works well. Easy to install and program..

Batteries die quickly

The locks have a good appearance and they install relatively easily. They are relatively easy to program. However, the batteries in the locks die in about three weeks. We have installed 20 of these locks in three different settings (all interior) and they all use up batteries at an alarmingly fast rate.

Easy and Convenient

I brought this for my 90 year old mother who is loving not having to get up out of her recliner to open the door. It took sereval minutes to install alone, mainly because you have try to hold the pieces while attaching the clips, definitely have another person to lend a hand but the features work great for mom.

it uses up batteries very fast. Not really worth the money spent. Have to use it manually.

Great product for my mom who can't get up and down too fast. She just locks and unlocks from wherever she is in the house. Easy install.

Peace of mind !

This was a simple install no different than a normal door knob ! I bought it for my 75 year old mother to easily and quickly get inside her home. She absolutely loves it !!

Faulty

Batteries die very fast leaving no way in without a key and only one key is provided . Have had several issues with the system

Bad Quality

The lock is bad quality. Worked normal for a few months then continuously stucked. Do not by this if you do not want to damage the door!

great product, I misread the info

Had to send this back because it is for interior doors and I misread that info, needed it for an exterior door and live in a very cold winter climate so didn't want to take a chance on it freezing up, but it did work well when tested it upon arrival and would be great for its intended use!
