Muc-Off-levyjarrusuojukset ovat paras ratkaisu pyöräsi levyjarrujen suojaamiseen huollon tai kuljetuksen aikana. Great, with one caveat
These really do the trick for preventing your bike getting covered in road crud when on your hitch bike rack. I ride fat bikes in northern New England all winter long, meaning salt, snow, slush, and grit get spewed on the bike every time I drive to a trail, wreaking havoc on the brakes and drivetrain over time. Replaced my brakes this summer, and the folks at the shop recommended these. Holy smokes they make a difference. Here's the one kicker, and I think it's something I'll just solve with duct tape rather than sending them back (meaning sending them to the dumpster): the hard plastic backer cracked with a three-inch splint the first time I put them on. Nothing since, and it doesn't interfere with their performance, but clearly the material they used in the design of these isn't sturdy enough for the application just yet. But like I said, a little duct tape should do the trick, and at what I think is a low price point, just fine with me. I encourage you to get these and deal with the potential cracking, because the other half that is the business side of these--the neoprene side--will make these pay for themselves in the lack of need for replacing calipers, rotors, and hopefully even rear derailleur and cassette.

Ehhh...they'll work...but...
They'll do the job. Kind of a pain putting them on. In retrospect, after using them, I wouldn't have purchased them. I came to realize I don't use any kind of sprays on my bike. So protection of the disk pads/rotors is pretty nil. I could see how some people could break that flimsy plastic jamming them in too hard.

Disc Brake Protection
Much more expensive than it should be. But, degreasers often come in spray bottles and these covers protect against overspray coming in contact with your disc brakes. Cleaning the drivetrain on a gravel bike is a key piece of regular maintenance which likely involves degreasers. Just keep those degreasers away from your disc brakes. Muc-Off Disc Brake Covers is a handy option.

Works great, protects brakes from contamination and can double as a plate for informal barbecues.
Bought these when I purchased my muc off power washer and they are super easy. Great for protecting the pads from chain cleaner and lube. I can appreciate the plastic free packaging as well. This company must actually use their products because they have all been well thought out for use by the consumers.

Works as expected
Covers the brakes well and allows the wheel to spin to do maintenance and cleaning. A must to keep solvents lubes and degreasers away from the discs.

Bought on a whim.
Pricey and don’t see how it really benefits unless you spray excess chemicals. It’s a lot bigger than expected.

Great for Protecting from Lubricants
Easy to put on and provide great protection from spraying or dripping lubricants, degreasers, etc. that you don't want on your rotors or pads! Somewhere in the advertising, I saw the suggestion that they would protect your rotors and pads from road grime while transporting your bike on a rack. Bad idea, in my opinion. I don't think the Velcro closure is nearly secure enough to keep them from detaching and ending up on the side of the road.

Great!
I had to replace my fat bike brakes this year as they got contaminated by the road salt and fluids they put on the roads as I transport my bike of a hitch rack outside of my car. These are great and quick and easy to put on and they protect the brakes and rotors quite well. If you transport your bike in the winter on an outside rack these are a must have!

A simple design, but open with care
I'm a fan of cycling. I usually go out on long rides, and get a lot of dirt in my cassette and other parts of my bike. That also makes me a fan of cleaning my bike after every ride. Because I want to clean my bike quickly I really like having these covers to keep my rotors and brake callipers free from all the degreaser and cleaners that go on the bike. It is a simple product that works really well and I store them on the shelf to dry afterwards. I would have given them 5 stars because of the price, simplicity and ease of use of product however I have to give them one star less because when I opened the product and separated the 2 pieces for each wheel, the back part ripped in half. This was even when I was giving quite a bit of care to opening them. So when you do use these just be really careful when you first separate them as you might have the same problem as I did.

Great For Protecting Disc Brakes
A brilliant piece of kit, alot better than the plastic bags I had been using beforehand. Quick and easy to use provides full coverage of the actual disc. Easy to wipe down when finished aswell.
