Very nice hat but not 100% flying insect deterrence.

The hat is well made and looks great. To try it out as an insect repellant, I just wore it with a cotton Insect Shield bandana tied around my neck to water a garden. There are a lot of small flying insects out today in the Northeast. The hat is comfortable and shields my eyes from sun. On the insect front - it helped keep small flying insects from my face but they did not altogether avoid the hat space. It would be nice if the hat came in an olive color that would not show dirt as much as the coral color will.

This was a gift to my son.

He has to be careful about ticks. Has a lot of trees around his house. Perfect gift for him.

Very Very Very Good!!!

I really love this hat! Excellent quality, it fits really well and I found the coral color really cute. I wish there were many different colors so I could buy multiple ones and also give it as a gift. Honestly its a very good product.
