Supportive and true to size

I have two pairs of Mephisto sandals that I absolutely love and bought these to use as house slippers. I am an 8.5-9 and bought the 39 like usual. I ALMOST returned these thinking they were too small. The clog is a little more snug, but that is only at the beginning. The wool gives a bit to fit my foot and softens as I wear them. They don’t drag on the back like a scuff slipper does and hug my foot perfectly. So glad I kept them. Supportive and incredibly comfortable for my plantar fasciitis, Morton’s neuroma and small bunion.

Awesome slippers with great foot support

I wear a women's size 7.5/8 consistently and found the 8/38 fits perfectly. These are fantastic slippers. Super lightweight, sturdy, and incredible arch support. I’m battling a case of plantar fasciitis and lower achilles tendiopathy brought on by distance running, and these slippers are a godsend. My other orthotic slippers were way too soft and caused excessive heel strain. Not these. Plus it seems like these will hold up for months, if not years to come.

Still the best

It’s a narrower profile than most “slippers” of this style, so they are more attractive. They fit well, the materials are great and they are very well made. Did I mention the most important quality? They provide excellent comfort and support, which is why I am a big fan of Mephistos and have been since I was 16 in 1973, when I bought my first pair of “lady”. Nothing compares.

Exactly What I Wanted

These shoes are surprisingly lightweight, yet very supportive and comfortable. They are perfect for wearing around the house and running errands. I have foot pain from plantar fasciitis and other issues, so I must wear shoes all the time. It is very difficult to find shoes with enough arch support; these fit the bill, and the current price can’t be beat.

Flip Flop

Loved the foot bed, material on the uppers and stiff sole. Unfortunately the shoe moves up and down when I walk making the flip flop sound. I need a shoe that is more securely attached to my foot. These shoes are not it.

So wonderful with arch supports

This is my third pair. I would buy more as I do not like the newer model. I wish they had kept the original design. So comfortable. I have a pair at work and a pair at home.
