Impressed so far
These are exceptional for the price and they could charge more and have it still be a fantastic value. I was going to spend more on a Cr-Mo set, but I really don't use my impacts on cars much except for either absolute necessity or absolute convenience. I haven't had them long, and I will update this should issues arrive, but so far I am very pleased with my purchase. I've done the basic things with these, but was curious to see if cr-v would handle the big wrench on the dreaded Honda bolt, so I popped the 19mm on the Milwaukee, and set the socket on the crankshaft pulley bolt. 4 impacts and off it went. 5 or 6 years ago, I tried this exact thing with everything under the sun, pneumatic, huge cheater bar, and even removing motor fuses sans the starter with a breaker bar jammed into the frame on this bolt with my neighbor's nice impact socket and it split the socket... The socket from this kit hardly looked used! Very satisfied and impressed with what you get for your money. It is really nice having a sequential set even if I may never use one of the sizes. It's just good to have the option. If you want to read some backstory and a story about how I got the aforementioned Milwaukee 2767-20 in a brand new kit for ridiculously cheap, read below! I stumbled across two deals I couldn't refuse on local buy/sell/trade platform for two impact wrenches. I work on my car a fair bit, and just finished up installing about $1200 worth of suspension, steering, and rear hub components. I work on the cars of friends and family here and there, too, as if I'm comfortable with the repair, it saves them a ton of money and they usually force a tip I don't want to take... So I saved that money and has around $500 saved from just car repairs the last month and a half. I used to have a 10 gammon compressor that could flow enough CFM to handle a decent Ingersoll Rand pneumatic impact that I was given with somewhere around 600 ft/lb, but my compressor died about 6 months ago and it was old and loud anyway. I didn't really ever use an impact except for loosening suspension bolts, some engine pulley stuff, an axle rod here or there, and lug nuts obviously for the convenience, but I would do just fine with a breaker bar and a cheater pipe if need be. I was browsing listings on one of the local selling apps and came across a kobalt impact wrench kit with the tool, battery, charger, and bag all new in box for $75. Well, can't pass that up, so I grabbed that. The very next day I was looking at a pretty nice video card I found and was rolling that around in my mind when I refreshed and saw a Milwaukee 2767-20 kit with the tool, 2 x5ah batteries, a charger, and the hard case new in box for $170. Figured it to be a scam and it was only a 2 minute old listing, so I looked at the seller and they had like 200 all good reviews. So I offered $160, and they said $170 firm is already a steal, but it has to go because he's organizing his garage. I set up the meet at a Walmart, and drove 35 minutes thinking for sure it's a no show or a bunk product or I'm going to have a gun pointed at me (again...) this time... Got there, his car was as described (a super nice and new infinity...), And there he brought out the real deal. I asked him straight up why is it so inexpensive? He gets tools all the time as samples through his job, and he already has tens of thousands of dollars worth in his garage, so he sells them cheap locally and puts all the money in his kids' college funds. Well, if they are stilen, I sure didn't know that so I'm not culpable! Made the exchange, took the thing out, and it really did work as it should. So for $245, I got about $600 worth of stuff brand new. And got an impact wrench that is way too powerful for anything I'm doing, but darnit it's fun to have!

Bought as a gift
I bought this set as a gift to my older brother. His impact sockets wete a mis matched set and missing a lot of sizes. This looked like a good selection of sockets for a DIYer when he needed to work on his cars.

Very good, for the price
Overall good set. Not much complaints. The box is good. I didn't think I'd keep it. Ratchet is fine. I don't like the rough finish, I wish it was smooth. Personal preference. Some of the smaller sizes, 10mm up to about 9/16" have way to much lead-in chamfer. Using these on say bolt heads, you have less than 50% engagement. If you're pulling out the 1/2" impact for a fastener that size.... well you will need all the engagement you can get. I fixed these in a few minutes on a lathe, the sockets are very soft when hit with carbide. If you don't have a lathe, prepare to spend a good bit of time on a belt sander or have disappointing results on small fasteners. Since I fixed it so fast no minus stars, but it may be an issue for you.

Seems good for the money
Didnt't want to buy duplicate sets so opted for impact to get going. First time i used it there were zero issues. A bit fine for 1/2 inch but im not pulling huge torque so its not an issue for me (used 5/8 socket for a 3 jaw puller to yank a bearing off a 1 1/4 shaft with a peened end.)

Nice set of deep 1/2" metric impact sockets at a good price.
This is a nice set of 1/2" metric impact deep sockets at a good price. I bought a cordless impact wrench primarily to speed up change over of snow tires on two cars and an SUV and then the swap back to summer tires in the spring. That's 12 wheels and 60 lug nuts coming off and 12 wheels and 60 lug nuts going back on twice per year. Truth be told, I only need 2 different sockets (17mm and 21mm) for the three sets of lug nuts plus a 13/16ths socket for a scissor jack adapter I bought so I can use the impact wrench to raise and lower the cars. But, I decided if I was going to buy the impact wrench and batteries, I may as well have a full set of sockets so I'll be ready for any need that arises. I like this set because it's a full set with no missing sockets from 10mm to 24mm. I also like it for the plastic case which keeps all the sockets tidy and ready to go in one place without having to dig through a tool box. And there is a thin sheet of foam lining the case that keeps the sockets from rattling around. As for the sockets themselves, they are laser engraved with the size in a large silver font that's really easy to read. The finish is sort of chalky rather than slick and polished. Another reviewer said they didn't like that but I do. It makes the sockets non-slip and easy to grip when pushing them on or pulling them off an anvil with a hog ring. They also seem pretty nicely finished with no rough edges. These are fairly thin walled sockets so they should work well on most OEm and aftermarket wheels. These are chrome vanadium steel rather then chrome molybdenum and by most accounts chrome moly has an edge when it comes to ductility and therefore tool life with an impact wrench. But reviews seemed to indicate these sockets hold up pretty well and I figure if I break one I'll just replace it with a chrome moly equivalent and it will slot right into the case. But most likely, for home use these will last me a long time. I noticed the product listing shows the case dimensions as 2.24 x 4.61 x 18.5 in. But looking at the picture I could tell that isn't even close to the rectangular box shown. So out came the tape measure. The actual size of the box shown in the product listing is 3.5 x 9.5 x 12.5 in. Apparently the case has changed over time and the Amazon listing hasn't been updated. I'm really happy with these so far. Oh, and I also bought the SAE set with 14 deep sockets from 3/8 to 1 1/4" in the same size case. Highly recommended. EDIT 11/29/2018: OK, I used these sockets for the first time today to swap out summer tires and wheels on a Mercedes SUV. I used the 17mm socket on the lug nuts and the 13/16 socket to drive an adapter on a 2 ton scissor jack. The sockets did fine despite the fact my 450 lb ft impact wrench stalled out on about 5 of the 20 bolts on the car. I had to grab a breaker bar and use brute force to get them to break loose. I had the brakes done on all 4 wheels recently and apparently the mechanic did the typical torquing of my lug nuts with an air wrench set on King Kong. At any rate the sockets performed flawlessly and like I said, that 17mm took the full force of my impact wrench then a breaker bar with my full weight and muscle to free up 5 of the lug nuts. I really like the flat, non shiny and non slippery finish. Very easy to grab and pull off the hog ring anvil on my impact wrench.

Good Sockets, Bad Case
As some have already mentioned, the case is terrible. My sockets came all scrambled inside the case. The thin foam that is used to help keep the sockets in place is a joke, I made my own insert and though it looks crappy, it keeps the sockets secure. I know why Neiko includes this case with the set, it is too save money, nothing more than a cost-cutting decision but come on Neiko! you can do better than this, I would be happy to pay more for a better case, even the cheap plastic clasp on the sides are going to break in no time. I know, some won't care about the case because they will end up putting the sockets in their toolbox but not I, I just want a decent case. I gave this 4 stars taking away a star because of the terrible case.

Very High Quality
Massive, absolutely heavy duty, high quality! A few minor things: - Right out of the box the sockets were all messed up (from shipping) so you have to reorganize everything - All pieces have oil sprayed on them (for longevity), which you might want to clean off (baby-wipes) - The description here is wrong for the metric, where the title and image are correct: you get 10mm to 24mm with all sizes in between, including description-missing 16mm and 20mm. - Wait until this goes on sale to buy! I bought at close to half price, so be patient This will be a one-set-to-rule-them-all which I would definitely recommend!

Great set for the price
Great set for the price. The case is nice too. Using these in a heavy industrial setting and so far holding up. Use the 1-1/8 by far the most and torque it to whatever the 1/2" impact it's hooked to will do on 125psi. I have to as WHY DO THESE COMPANIES MAKE BLACK TOOLS??? I have since painted these bright orange so when I drop them they're not gone forever. For the price thes are a solid choice though, I strongly recommend.
