My Great Nephew Loves this Net!

This little fishing net holds up well against my rough and tough 2 year old Great Nephew. He loves it so much that when he stayed overnight the last time he was here, he took it to bed with him and snuggled it in close to his side like most kids do with a stuffed animal! When I checked on him in the middle of the night, he still had it tucked in at his side. The 'Sea Creatures' that come with the net aren't quite as desirable to him, (they are similar style to the monkeys in 'Barrel of Monkeys'), so he uses fish from a different set. The net from the first set broke after a couple hours of play, but the fish are real sturdy. I would buy this again just for the net!

Has lasted the test of time!

I got this for my daughter when she was 2 years old to use in the bathtub. She's 3 now and STILL plays with this net. It has held up well and doesn't have to be used only in the bathtub. She plays with it outside in the sandbox. She plays with it with her lego blocks and yes she still plays with it in the bathtub as well. I bought it thinking it would be something she could play with and it would run its course and she'd be tired of it. But she hasn't tired of it at all and I'm not sure she's going to. This was a great purchase for the price and it's obviously of good quality that can stand the test of time. My daughter isn't easy on all her toys so this has been heavily tested for durability. I highly recommend this to anyone who's looking for a fun toy that will last.

cute toy

It's a cute toy and well made. My son is probably a bit too young for it still (he's 10 months old now). The net is good and well made. I don't like that it has a hole at the tip of it where water can get in and create mold. My son loves this thing and actually likes chewing on the net part - i guess he likes feeling the new texture on his tongue. The four little plastic toys that this came with are cute but pretty boring. They float and link together which is cute but my son has no interest in them yet. I actually prefer to use this toy outside the water because of the mold issue. I've put the 4 plastic toys in the bath and/or pool but since my son isn't interested in them, i don't tend to use them anymore. Maybe in a few weeks/months, if my son starts showing interest.

Cute play bath toys, well made.

This set replaced my son’s previous set he loved. It is well made and so cute. The only issue we had with the original set was after two years, even with drying the net out, it started to mold. I would recommend some type of mold resistant material or something to prevent this from happening. Our son loves it just the same so that’s why we bought a new one.

Good toy, but my kids werent very interested

This toy is very cute and good quality. The toys are a good size and the handle on the net is just the right size for little hands. All that said, it wasn't a hit with my kids my 2 year old and 3 year old had very little interest in playing with it and we only hang on to it for a few months before selling it at a garage sale.

A Perfect Toy

I got this as an "extra" gift for my 2yo grandson's birthday. Turns out he liked it better than his main gift. We only just got it so I can't really speak to durability. It does seem to be reasonably well made. All parts float and the size and weight is perfect for a toddlers hand. The reason I give it 5 stars is because, once I taught my grandson to scoop up the "fishes," he mastered it after a few tries and thought is was super fun! I know he will go back to this toy often. It really does exercise hand-eye coordination too. I'm glad I got it for him!

Bathtime Fun

This was purchased for a 15 month old toddler who hated taking baths. He is now eager for bathtime so he can play with this toy. He has lots of fun catching the floating figures in the net. Great for developing small motor skills. It has been several months, and there hasn’t been any mold growth.

Super fun for young toddlers

My 20 month old son loves this! The only draw back is that the animal rings are difficult to find when we do a bubble bath. He also likes to scoop up his other bath toys. I really like that it floats so he doesn't lose it.

GREAT TOY BUT

A great toy but my 18mth old grandson played with these in the bath he had a wonderful time but.... On letting out the bath water the bath was covered in red scratch marks made by my grandson fishing the red came from the rim of the hoop. The red marks were difficult to remove from our bath. So although the toy was lovely it was sturdy and well made. I would suggest you keep this toy for out door play if you don't want marks on your bath. Hope you found my review helpful ????

My daughter (1.5 years) is obsessed with this fishing net!! Shes constantly walking around with it (and the fishes that come with it). It goes in the bath, local swimming pool, car, nannie's house ... !!

Very good quality durable net.

Bought this to add to garden water play for my young toddler (something different than our usual bath toys to increase attention span!) I was only really after a good quality play net as other brands are very flimsy. This one is very solid and built to last. We use this net to catch toy fish, bath toys etc. Very chunky handle with a bit of weight to it, perfect for little hands. The teething shapes supplied are good quality (as with all Nuby products) but as a toy they're a bit boring, however we're not the target market age so can't complain.

Great fishing set for bath or pool

These sets are so sturdy. They really are good. My kids are 7 now and can still use them. Much better to spend a little more on these than those cheap ones which are flimsy and break. We use them in the garden pool and play games to see who can catch the most etc. the kids even catch their babies lol

Every bath times a fishing trip.

Me and my 1yr old go trawling every evening off the coast of the bathroom. I don't want to jinx it but we always catch a green turtle, red octopus, yellow fish, and orange starfish. We eat well everyday.
