Take their advice, order one size smaller than usual!

I wear a size 22 or 24 in jeans, and have a large butt, and a very large round stomach so I thought I should get these in a 24 since they are high waisted. Nope. Should have gone with a 22. They fit amazingly great for the first hour, (no digging in the waist when sitting down!) and then they stretch out a little. Not quite like some stretch jeans do though, thank god. The stretching out is minimal, they don't get super baggy or anything, but the waist does slip some when walking which makes the area above the crotch get a little baggy. Pulling them up solves this, but then a few steps later you're pulling them up again. This is what I was trying to avoid, since all of my other pants do the same thing. Already washed them so I can't return them, but honestly I like the way they look so I'll just deal with the slippage. Size 22 isn't available right now anyway.

The AMI BRAND is the best NYDJ line

Hands down, the AMI brand is the best fit for curvy women from the NYDJ line. It has a good stretch and the material isn't thin so they don't look like jeggings. The color is perfect, the seams are subtle, and everything about this denim will make you want to live in them. However, for taller women, the length is just too short. This was the only reason why I returned these jeans because the inseam is too short on my 5'9" body. I would definitely reorder if these came in long inseams as they are very good quality jeans. I hope this review helps :)

These are great!

I love the material of these pants. They are definitely a little generous, so you can order your normal size and be okay. The quality seems to be really good. I've just worn them around the house for a few minutes, so it could be different all day. But, I'm impressed with them for the price. Colors are great too, muted camo instead of bold which is what I was hoping for.

Strange fit. Runs very large

Ordered a size down and they were still too big. I have several pairs of the NYDJ Ami jeans and pants but these fit really strange. Way too much material in the front so it puffed out and I had to pull them way up above my waist so they wouldn’t hang in the crotch. They were also pretty baggy in the legs. Color is beautiful and great quality fabric. Im sure they’d look great on the right person but they didnt work for me.

Incorrect description

I ordered the black pants. They are listed as being the NYDJ plus Ami skinny leggings. They are actually just regular skinny jeans as per the tags. They fit completely differently than the skinny legging.

Good fit and stylist

Very happy with these pant. The stretch factor is perfect. Fits curves and the recovery is just right. I brought 2 pair and may buy more.

Not the Ami fit expected.

Love the color and look of these, but I was disappointed that they aren’t as stretchy or comfortable as the Ami style that I expected or have been used to. The waist has no stretch.
