It's an okay toy just smaller than I thought
Ideal for small breeds and maybe even medium, but for my golden retriever and XL breeds I think it's a little small of a toy. It's not tiny by any means but small enough it made me uneasy to see my golden chewing on it. I did worry he would choke. I did give it 4 stars because it's not the product's fault I didn't read the size, just something I wanted to point out to owners, the reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there is no smell to it whatsoever, and looking at my dog disinterest on the toy, no flavor either, despite it saying Bacon flavored, my dog isn't even that excited about it, I've purchased other nylabones flavored products he loved and wouldn't stop chewing on and you could smell the flavor, but overall an okay product for the price.

German Shorthair puppy approves
I bought these for my new German Shorthair Pointer puppy. She is a bit on the small size, only 30lbs at 7 months. These bones are just about the right size and she goes right to them when she needs something to chew on. The ends are getting frayed but that's to be expected. I will be ordering more.

Sophie Loves Her NylaBone!
About Sophie: I had a positive experience in sharing this Nyla chicken bone with my family's Cavalier Spaniel. She recently turned 6, and this pack of 3 felt like a good way to celebrate another year of life for her. Since we all love spending time with her, making her nice and cleaning her hair, teeth, and eyes, this kind of purchase comes easily, and I've been appreciating her response to the little toys and exchanges we have together (we humans can share so many moments with dogs, why not savor each of them?). I wonder if her first bone had lost its flavor quickly, as she had been gnawing the chicken bone for at least 20 minutes and then basically left it alone on the floor. I think ours is a dog that prefers play and intrigue (fun and achievements), to the mere joy of eating. I can see this in the way she appreciates my acknowledgment of her presence even when I'm greeting her with a bowl of yogurt or rice on my lap or over the table with a meal, socially or otherwise. Sophie has grown into quite the companion, and over the last 6 years, she's become a pal of mine as well as a loving member of the family. The Benefits of this Nylabone Treat: As for treats that work well, this is one to pick for many reasons: it's an amazing value deal, it seems to hold immediate interest at least with my sister's dog Sophie, and lastly, because of the health benefits of Nylabone in weight management, teething, restless energy, training, and other emotional benefits as well.

My dog is a very big cheer. I got these hoping he would use these instead of furniture and other stuff. He, unfortunately, doesn't seem to like them. Im not sure if its the flavors or what, but I was very surprised he didn't want them. Hes used others in the past like this, so I was hopeful.

My large Labs love these small Nylabones
I much prefer to have these Nylabone bones for my 5 Labradors than any other make purely because of the quality of the product! Nylabone is so much sturdier than other makes. When it says it can last, it does! I have tried other brands, none have matched the quality of Nylabone for the way it stands up t being chewed & chomped on by 5 Labradors! Nylabones say that when dogs are chewing on these anything coming off the size of a grain of rice should pass through the dogs system naturally. I haven't seen anything come off these yet, but then would I notice a bit the size of a grain of rice? I don't rifle through their poo to find out either! I use a coal shovel to pick it up in the garden & haven't seen anything suspicious out there. I haven't seen my chewer, getting chunks off & she's the most likely 1 to cause any real damage! I want a bone toy that the dogs can munch on that will occupy them for an hour or so without the risk that it'll break off & get stuck in them somewhere causing a blockage. I've used Nylabones for years with no problem, as long as you're aware of what your dog can do/is capable of & check the bones after they've used them in case they've managed to split the sides. I've actually still got 1 of the 3 bone puppy pack from 7 years ago that are still being played with! That's why I bought this 3 bone small pack because although I've got 2 medium & 3 large Labradors, they really love these small bones. Especially when the small bones are used with their paddling pool in the summer. Out of all their toys, they'd all rather retrieve these small bones from the paddling pool over anything else. Normally they sit & wait for their name to be called to go & retrieve what I just threw in, but if I just threw in a small bone they all want to go get it. As I only had 3 up to now, it wasn't fair, especially when 1 ran indoors to hide his for later! Now I've a spare for when I look after my friends Lab as she loves these small bones (especially retrieving them from the paddling pool) too! Got them at a reduced price so very happy indeed. Well worth the money at full price, a fantastic bargain in a sale!

Two broken teeth needing surgery
My dog has has used these bones for a couple of years, and I thought they were great - until now! My poor "pup" (who is always supervised with toys) has broken two teeth while chewing her bone yesterday. Her teeth are all clean, healthy and well looked after, and now she has to go under an anaesthetic to have both teeth removed. It happened in a split second, so no matter how well supervised she was, it couldn't have been stopped. I have told all of my friends, in the hope they will put any of these bones in the bin, and I would advise anyone - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

they only tell you if you read pages of blurb that these should not be eaten. i dread to think how much plastic stuff my puppy has in her tummy. I think they are a very bad idea. Leave the dog with one for fun and come back to find it chewed up

Would buy these time and time again great buy the dogs love em and they last a age, no worry about your dog choking on bits they don't get sticky or nasty like raw hide treats, our 2 terriers are so contented when they have 1 of these between their paws, ideal for any destructive pup/dog also flavoured.
