Worthy and Worth it

This really helps my back when having to stand for a long time. Lighter weight than most back supports, so good for not getting too hot like the padded back supports. I am 5'9" 165 lbs and the XL works perfectly.

Perfect for women with low back issues

This is just what I was looking for! I spent over an hour searching for a soft brace that would suit my needs. I am 4.5 mo. Post op L1 &L2 spinal fusion. As a woman, my incision was in the small of my back. The large braces with the pulley straps do Not touch the small of my spine. Therefore they do not support or protect this area at all. This brace is absolutely perfect! It is so comfortable and caresses the small of my back. I can wear it against my skin and underneath my shirts and jeans. My big brace would pop up above my low back, providing no support at all. I cannot recommend this brace enough. So happy that OTC makes this especially for women. To the reviewer who says this brace is “fake”. If you buy it from an MD you will pay more for it. It was most likely made by this manufacturer for another company to sell. It is Not fake! Just made by the manufacturer directly and sold for less. The larger one could be stretched out from use.

Finally! A great support for tired backs

I am a 5'10", 190 lb, 74 year-old senior citizen who is still very active. I have tried 5 different styles of back supports/braces ... and found them lacking in flexibility and comfort. They all were extremely bulky and stiff. This OTC support was my last resort ... and I am 100% satisfied. It provides the excellent support while providing great flexibility. The open webbing allows for good ventilation without sacrificing strength. The sizing recommendation is accurate. I bought 2.

Sizing way off

I bought a large 2 years ago but wanted A second one. Placing the new X-Lg on top of the old large one, the old one was About 2 inches longer. I need one that puts less pressure on abdomen. Seems like some labels are attached without quality control on actual size. Not worth effort to return thus low 3 score. Suggest ordering 2 sizes up but not sure that would work

Mild support of lower back

I bought this for nights and mild support on my back , it is not bad bud , the material is not excellent, if you need really good supportive don’t buy this one , for me it works and it works.
