Good, but pricy.

Works as advertised, but...

I've always loved this thermal mug brand, but they do eventually wear out and need replacing. In this newest rendition, the mug definitely works as advertised (and again, I LOVE that), but because of the two-piece lid design, it is extremely difficult to remove the lid once it has heat sealed over a period of time. You can't get a good grip on the bottom part of the two-pieces. And when the top of the two-piece lid twists off (because you can't get a grip on the bottom), then the bottom part's interior just digs into hand, prohibiting you from getting any traction. If they plan to keep this design, I hope they come up with a tool to assist in removing the lid!

Good Travel Mug

I liked this mug in terms of keeping my coffee warm, and it is durable, easy to clean. My only reservation is the 'sipping' lip. I had used aa stainless steel mug for years. It had a flip cap. But it allowed for easy sipping. This lid requires a twist of the lid and there is a 'lip' that makes it a trifle awkward to sip from. That prevented me from giving it a full 5 star rating.

Just OK

I bought this to replace an older version of the OXO thermal cup. I had two reasons. First off, the old cup was a pain to clean and secondly it didn't keep things warm as long as I wished. When they say this new model keeps things warm for 12 hours, don't believe it! It doesn't keep coffee warm any longer than the old one did...maybe 2 hours tops. That's OK I guess but sure isn't what was promised.

DOES NOT KEEP BEVERAGE HOT

This cup would be great if it kept the beverage hot for more than 4 hrs. Spill proof, very easy to clean and use.....BUT it DOES NOT keep a beverage hot for more than 4 hrs. I have tested it several times with the same result. VERY disappointing !!

Hard to tighten.

It's a very nice thermos that works very well for my nephew, but because of arthritis in my wrists, I can't tighten it enough to keep it from leaking.

Didn't keep my coffee hot for 12 hours in an 80-degree room

I like this thermos. I like the color and the size the the twist-lock cap with drinking spout. But the product page says it keeps hot drinks hot for 12 hours, and it does not. After 12 hours in a bottle I didn't open once, and which was completely filled with coffee at almost boiling temp, it registered only 109 F.
