Great for Lemon bars

These are a great size/shape for a lemon bar or other bar cookie. Plus, with the grease resistant lining, it keeps the container from getting messy. Presentation is perfect!

Perfect for truffles!

I've used these for a couple of years now and they are amazing for oreo truffle balls or any small desserts. Sturdy yet flexible and has a thick liner, not paper thin.. the value could be better but still a good deal for the quality

Good quality

Works very well for making individual sized shepherds pies, casseroles or other things then need to be baked. Sturdy enough to hold up to my sauces without any leaking and baking at 400 degrees without scorching.

Doesn't bake well

These mini loaf papers are sturdy but still bulge while baking unless packed fairly tightly together on a baking sheet. My biggest disappointment is that my quick bread did not have a rounded top in these papers. I've attached pictures showing the same batter baked in the papers vs. a mini loaf tin. I went ahead and used these for my Christmas gifting but wasn't pleased with the end result. I haven't tried yeast bread in them.

Panificio Premium 3.2 Inch, 4 Ounce Baking Cups

You get a lot of these and they are strong and hold their shape. My cinnamon buns cooked up really well in these and no trouble being released from them. Be careful when separating cups because didn't pay close enough attention and had 3 stuck together, my fault. A baker on tv said one of his secrets is cooking in paper pans since it doesn't conduct heat sides don't burn and it worked. Looking forward to use these for personal cakes, brownies and such stuff.

A bit expensive but works for my needs.

Nice size for a Market when tart size is too large. I was able to reduce my price point for brownies which my customers loved! Easy to use by placing them on a cookie sheet. It would be nice to have an option for a larger amount at a reduced price point. I am usually using 50 at a time. Convenient to order since I live in a small town.
