Backrest with lid down would be helpful

Says it has handle on bail. No handle included, splash piece does not work to high.

Says on the box, it has a handle on the pail. No handle included. I contacted the seller No response yet. I got a response and they said the manufacture does not include a handle any more and I could purchase other buckets they sell, that might fit that have handles. Also the lid is very lose in the pail and the splash piece when put in is to high to close the lids and is bending every thing. So I do not use the splash piece and it all works great. now.
