They fit a five galling bucket

These are just the right size for a five gallon bucket. The top fits the rim of the bucket snugly so it doesn’t slip down in the bucket. I would like the plastic to be even thicker, but these are acceptable.

tough liners! hold odor and messes in!

great bags! I bought these bags to use for outside and they have been great. I have used them for smaller jobs and they are strong and durable liners. My biggest surprise is that they hold odor in VERY WELL. I have been using the bags to discard puppy pee pads from a foster litter and when I tie it closed the bag doesn't leak a smell at all. It is a sturdy and impressive buy! thanks plasticplace

Good quantity. Average to below average quality.

I bought these because it can be difficult to find 5-gallon trash bags in the store. I have never had them completely break apart but they get small tears frequently. The price is fair in regards to quantity but I have to double-bag the trash fairly often.

Sturdy and perfect

Perfect for my smaller kitchen trash can. I've been using these for months now and never worried about them breaking or stretching. Maybe on the expensive side (or at least, not the cheapest), but after looking at all the competitors when I recently needed to restock, I ultimately bought these again, which I guess is the ultimate review. #wouldbuyagain

Excellent bags

These are an excellent bag for my 5gal round trash can. The fold over is only a few inches. Very pleased not a cheap tear easy bag well made. Great value. Highly recommend, 10 stars

Sturdy… Excellent thickness… And made in USA!

I have purchased other trash and storage bags from this company and written reviews on those purchases. But this is the first time I have bought the smaller size which is the 5 gallon drawstring bag which I use in the bathroom trashcan. I chose these bags because they are 1.0 mm thick. They replaced the .7mm bags I previously used which were a bit flimsy. These are so nice and the drawstring is a great feature. I have read of people complaining on these and other bags that they are not strong enough and rip. Whether you buy a 5 gallon 8 gallon or 13 gallon etc. these household trash bags were never designed to be filled with 25 pounds of glass and bricks… If you use them as designed and don’t make them too heavy or put sharp bones or broken glass in them many bags will do just fine. If they are too heavy or overfilled because you want to avoid using another new bag then you will probably not have great luck. But in closing I will say that the many different bags I have used from Plastic Place are excellent and quite sturdy. I have bought their black 4 mm thick 55 gallon lawn bags and also their 42 gallon white contractor trash bags that are also 4 mm thick. I use the white bags for storing blankets and toys and other items and seal them with Resealable plastic ties. Their products are second to none and mostly made in the USA. Just all-around great company!
