Potential for the extra weight loss when working out.

I ordered an XL and received a 2XL so it is oversized. Wearing the product it definitely did help raise core temp and make me sweat so that’s a plus. I did wash the unit twice and it still had a strong smell from either chemical or the neoprene material so that is where the 3 star rating came in.

Cool

Ok I was looking for one of these for my son, he’s very much into fitness with myself,and he wanted one to help in his journey of keeping fit. He/we likes how it feels. We honestly could have went a size down. I am considering 8/10 to order again but in a smaller size otherwise it does what it’s supposed to do and besides the size we are happy

Strong smell but well made

Comfortable and fit true to size but had a horrible smell. I put it in the garage to air out for a few days but it didn't seem to help. After wearing it for about 10 minutes, my husband's clothing smelled and he needed to take it off. Before that point, he did get a little sweaty without much effort. We've put it back out in the garage in the hopes that it will eventually stop smelling since it is unusable as it is. It seems well made and like it will work as promised.

This will make you sweat!

It works as advertised. This combination vest/waist belt will make you sweat, A LOT! I have used a waist belt before, but this combination vest/belt takes things to the next level. Manufactured out of neoprene, with a sturdy plastic zipper for the vest, and hook and loop fastening for the belt, it seems very well made. I believe that, with proper care, it will last for years. I have worn this during a cardio workout. I have also worn it to work a couple of times. For that, I wore it over an undershirt, and under a beefy t-shirt. Wearing it this way, it is virtually unnoticeable. At the end of the day, the undershirt was soaked. However you use this, be sure to drink plenty of water. One negative comment, this arrived without any instructions for use, or even a care tag sewn into the garment. After a quick search online, I discovered that neoprene garments should be hand washed, or can be machine washed only on hand wash or delicate cycle. Then hang it up to dry. NEVER dry in the dryer. Overall, I am happy with this item. If you are seeking workout wear designed to help increase your sweat output, this will absolutely do the job.

So comfy!

Unlike those cheap plastic sauna suits, this is Very comfortable to wear! Material is elastic and seems to be quite durable. Having it on for only a few mins I was sweating a little! Even After a short Jog it really helps keep the sweat going. Highly recommend! *Edit: after some use, there was some nipple chafing and soreness. I would recommend putting this over a shirt or covering to prevent rubbing.

Definitely gets the job done.

You definitely are going to sweat away the pounds wearing this while working out. It is comfortable to wear while working out as well. Material feels well made, and handled going through the wash with no issues.

Ok for cardio not for weightlifting

We've has been trying this out for the last few weeks. I have used many waist bands , waist trainers and sauna suits. With those I am drenched in sweat or its literally dripping on the floor. This sweat vest does not deliver the same type of results. The band itself is not tight enough and it shifted to much while lifting weights. If you want to just wear it while walking around the house it would ok. Personally for me that defeats the purpose.

Para el precio siento que deberia de ser mas grueso para que su durabilidad sea mayor. Me quedó bien, mi único pero es ese, el material.
