Replacement latches.

Had several broken latches when we moved here. My husband was able to install replacement latches in a jiffy!

My windows needed a weird size of latch, and these seemed to fit okay. I am not sure these won't break after several more years of use, but they at least fit my windows.

One set only had 2 left sided.

Good product, but mismanaged packaging. Ordered two sets. expected two complete window pairs. One set was a complete window pair (1 left + 1 right). The other set was an incomplete pair (2 left side latches).

Again a Prime-Line package doesn't have the left and right latches

I recently placed an order for a different style of latch to try with my windows. I ordered 2 package of those latches. 1 of the 2 packages contained 2 left side latches, instead of 1 right and 1 left. I actually needed the right. The latches weren't an exact fit so I returned them anyway. I then ordered these Prime-Line latches which appear to be a closer fit but I cannot tell for sure because this package ALSO CONTAINED 2 LEFT LATCHES. Because I need a right side latch, I'm stuck again without a solution. I'm afraid to order any more Prime-Line window latches because their quality control is obviously subpar. Luckily, Amazon is taking great care of the issue by promptly handling the refund, etc.

No Good At All.

Well, in reading other reviews, folks had trouble with their packs coming with either 2 left side hinges or 2 right side hinges. So, based on that info, I ordered more packs than I needed. Sure enough, some were all left side, others all right side, but LOW AND BEHOLD, they got one package right and it had 1 left and 1 right. The items are junk. They come in pieces, not all put together like the picture shows. Once you put a clip together, the spring wants to pop out because there's nothing to hold it in. Getting the clip to the window with the spring intact was quite an accomplishment and took awhile. The plastic is light, the screws are junk. I got them to work, but will replace them with better units when I find them. I'm sending back all the unopened packages. Only buy these if you have no other choice. I can't recommend them at all. To be candid, if I were the manufacturer of this product, I would be ashamed.

2 of the same side latch...

This has 2 right latches instead of 1 left and one right. Another customer review reported the same problem except he received 2 left.
