Fun puzzle

Not terribly challenging but unique and a great conversation piece.

DO NOT BUY. Break it to open it. Absolute Junk

Originally bought this a B&N, not Amazon. The box does not open. The only way of opening it is by prying it open, which ultimately results in breaking the box. The drawer that pulls out is so tight, that multiple people using all their force couldn't even get it open. Why its so tight, i have no idea. I emailed the puzzle company True Genius and they said they would send me a new one, assuring me it would work. I got it and had the same issue. Everyone I see online that got one is having the same issues with it. DO NOT BUY. IT IS JUNK.

They don’t open

*got the original from B&N and a replacement straight from project genius customer service* In theory, this box is awesome. Everything I would have asked for. But I have received two boxes now, one I got from B&N and that one wouldn’t physically open no matter how much I tried to pry it. I wrote to customer service to see if they could help and they sent me a replacement. The second one had a part of the outer box snap off the moment I took the plastic off and I’m having the exact same problem with the drawer in this one too!! I would give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible.

Outer Box Puzzle Physically Won't Open

Disclaimer: I got this at B&N for my son for Christmas, not from Amazon. That being said, this was impossible to open, not in that it was impossible to solve, but that the drawer that slides out of the end was so tight, it literally took a screwdriver & 2 grown men pulling on the pieces to get it open. Now that it's open, the drawer won't go back in. The interior puzzles seem okay, but this item is touted and sold with the outer puzzle box as a primary selling point and in that regard, it's a total failure.
