Questionable accuracy

I purchased these portion plates because they were inexpensive. I didn’t like the the raised dividing parts of the plates were so low, almost flat. The portion areas were really small & didn’t seem as accurate as some of the more expensive ones that I’ve seen in stores. (assuming they’re accurate?). I’d take these on a road trip because they are small and sturdy.

Don't Be Fooled...

...;like I was. These plates are 9" in diameter, the base is 1" deep and the top is 1" high. (that dose not even total the claimed 3").

Top allows you to vent food

The plate is bigger than I thought. Some were saying its too small. I was hoping it would be smaller since I just had weightloss surgery. I like that it has tops that allows you to vent your food and most of all I like how it is microwave and dishwasher safe! Feels sturdy enough.

If you really want to take you meal portioning serious, then this product is a must!

I recently started a weight loss study and one of the key components of the study is portioning. Portioning plays a valuable role in helping one lose weight. Once I understood that I needed to be eating more fruits/vegetables than protein, I knew that I had to find a way to keep myself grounded and on track. I looked up portion plates in the Amazon search and this product was at the top of the search. The plates are made of a sturdy plastic that does NOT buckle or bend under the weight of the food like a cheap plastic plate would. As far as the portion compartments go, they get the job done. I'd personally like to have a slightly larger area for the protein, but it'll do for what I'm using it for. It is very easy to clean too. It's almost like it's non-stick because you can just run some water over it and it's 95% clean. All that's left to do is scrub with some some to remove any remaining odors or oil.

Great For Weekly Made Meals!

I suffer from chronic pain so being able to make multiple meals for the week ahead is very important to me. I haven’t had any problems with the kids staying sealed tight as many have stated in here I like that there are holes that can be open For the microwave or shut to store on these. I’ve looked all over for sturdy covered plates like these While I know they’re for portion control it’s be nice if some plates were made with deeper compartments for those who don’t suffer from diabetes or need such strict portion control.. But these certainly have become invaluable to me as it’s easier for me to cook up several meals in one day and divvy them up for the week ahead.. I would definitely recommend these to anyone else who needs to have pre-made meals They store nicely in the frig and are stackable Definitely a thumb ms up on these

Seems ok

Havent used these yet but they seem to be ok. Portion depth is good and lid is nice. I ran them through the dishwasher in the top shelf and they came out fine. I really didnt need the lids as I wont heat food up in them, only serve in them. I thought Amazon was high on these type of plates, but went out and looked in stores and couldn't even find any. Maybe they are a seasonal item. I wanted them to keep vegetables and meat seperate while I ate. Seems good for that.

Nice Quality - attractive - purposefully designed

I like these dishes very much. Great for transporting supper to my mom and heating it up when I get there. Plastic, yes, but good quality and a decent weight. Top snaps on and stays on. Glad I bought them.

very flimsy

I thought these would be cafeteria type plates but they are just a cut above paper plates. Probably ok for camping I guess, but not for a handicapped blind person. BUT a nice touch I didn't notice on description was these plates have a snap on clear lid with a vent hole that can be open or closed. So portions can be carried easily and lends a bit of rigitity to the plate. if the plates were a little thicker I would have given these a 5 star for sure.

These plates help me a lot.

It's extremely difficult to eat properly for my reactive hypoglycemia while not triggering my eating disorder at the same time. These plates help me to eat not too much nor too little, and eat protein and carbs (and fats) in correct proportions without obsessing over calories or grams of carbs/sugar, protein, fat, etc. The lids clip on tightly, but as the dividers don't touch the lid, I suspect that you food may shift/mix unless you have the plate lying flat without being shifted around too much. They wash well in the dishwasher (top rack). I haven't tried it in the microwave yet.

Perfect plate specially if you want to measure your foods , excellent portion plates . I love that it comes with it’s cover they are microwave and dishwasher safe. They look durable the plastic has a good thickness.
