Great support
Used them while working out (squatting) and I never felt more stable!..My knees were well supported which helped with my form overall…Fit is snug but over tights it’s a lot easier to get into…Definitely recommend!

Perfect and sturdy!!
I have horrible issues with a tilted patella, deteriorating cartilage, and some inflammation. So many different braces, wraps, tapes have been tried and these have been perfect! They were a little tight around the top and bottom edges but with use those have eased up. Amazing support for lifting heavy!!

Great quality
This product helps me to have more stability when doing squats and other kind of exercises. It tightens just enough, you just have to order the right size.

Good for us with wobbly knees
I'm over 60 and love to hike, go to the gym, skate etc. These are a life saver for doing leg work at the gym, inclined leg presses make my knee feel unstable, this product really help. They are not for walking or running, at least I think they would be uncomfortable at least the thicker ones would be. The compression of these is much tighter than the usual knee pads you can buy for $10. They are composed of several pieces of neoprene that are stitched to make a rugged compression brace. People say they "break in" and get more comfortable. They can be bought in two neoprene thicknesses for support. I got the thicker ones because I was only going to use at gym. Great no complaints.

Perfect thickness for Crossfit
These knee sleeves were exactly what I was looking for to assist with my CrossFit workouts. I have previously always worn the thinner knee sleeves, but I noticed they weren't helping as much as I would like when it comes to protecting my knees during lunges, so I decided to look for a thicker pair. These are not only perfect for any knee to floor contact, but they help on the days when my knees are feeling a bit achy especially in the cold. They started really tight but have loosened to fit my legs perfectly over time. I would highly recommend!

My poor knees
I got mediums. It's tight when I place them on, but they stretch out while working out. Keeps my knees warm and help me not beat them up too much. Glad you also get a pair and not just one.

Excellent product
These rocktape knee sleeves are excellent they offer total support when training and I have a right knee issue which has always made me cautious but since wearing these I’m now far more confident great purchase

Worth the money if you do slot of exercise.
These are the best knee supports I've bought. Pricey but well worth it. They keep my knees very warm. They come up a bit small so measure yourself and go larger if in doubt as plenty of stretch in them. 5mm version are good for CrossFit and even olympic weightlifting if you just want one pair and don't go super heavy

Excited of this purchase
Received them a few hours ago and although I haven't put them to test yet (tomorrow squatting) I can tell I made the right choice choosing ROCKTAPE knee caps. Can't wait to put them to work and squat heavy !!! Size Medium - great support - comfortable - look/feel awesome and definitely worth the money spent.
