Correct size

I’m very pleased with the item. It was exactly what I needed. Buying a lampshade online is difficult at best. Photos and measurements help, but don’t really give you a sense of size. I was fortunate to find this one for a very small table lamp which turned out to be perfect.

Very nice shade but beware the round mounting clip

I purchased two of these shades for a pair of accent lamps I have in my bedroom. I received them tonight and my first impression was that they were very well packaged as they were wrapped with multiple layers of cellophane. When I later unwrapped them my second impression was that these shades seem to be of very good quality - certainly far better quality than what one would expect at this price point. In my book that equates to a good value. As others have noted, the seller's photos do not show/depict the type and shape of mounting system used on this shade. The description says it has an RC mounting clip which I presume to mean Round Clip and indeed the mounting clip is intended to be used on a standard round light bulb (see my attached photos) which, for my purposes, was not an issue since my fixtures use round bulbs with a standard E26 base. And while on the subject of the mounting clip for this shade, its design reinforced my perception that this is a quality item since the round clip isn't the usual two-sided design but, instead, a four-sided one which I've never seen before in all my years of working with shades - until now. I like the fact that the clip is four-sided because it grips the bulb much better which makes the shade more stable and therefore less prone to being inadvertently moved out of position. The only other noteworthy point to be made is the material with which the shade is made - and here again I can attest that both the outer material (black silk shantung) and the lining (a goldish creme but not gold) are both of very high quality with excellent fit and finish. I want to reiterate that the lining is NOT a gold material but can be best described as creamy gold in color. I use a clear 2700K (warm white) LED bulb that has the equivalent luminesce of a 60 watt incandescent bulb. The liner, along with the black silk shantung outer skin, make for very nicely diffused lighting which, in my opinion, yields a rich, elegantly subdued appearance. I don't like bright lighting but instead prefer to have numerous sources of softer light and this shade helps me achieve that goal in my bedroom. I did my best to photograph this fixture while lit but I couldn't get the white balance in the photos quite right - but nevertheless the photos give some idea as to the overall look and appearance of the shade when lit (in the photo my LED bulb was slightly DIMMED). I wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone that's looking for this type and size shade for lamps that use a standard ROUND bulb. I hope this review helps answer some questions for those contemplating this purchase.

Exactly what I needed

Just received my lampshade It is exactly what I was hoping for to fit on my vintage oriental figurine lamp that is over 50 years old. Well packaged, great quality. I highly recommend this company.

Gorgeous lamp shade

This was a bit small but the look and feel of this shade made me keep it and look for small lamps to go with it.. its a clip on over the bulb so I'm hoping it doesn't break my Hue lamp, fits fine but I would hate to have a regular bulb because it might break it. But still nice!
