This is the perfect size under-counter kitchen trash can. I recycle and compost a lot so I don't need a huge trash can in my kitchen. This does the trick.

I noticed structural improvements on the short side near the top where you grab the wastebasket. This is the area which broke down with the other baskets I've had.

An admired addition to my home!

Arrived in a half-opened box that looked like it was stomped-upon by gorillas! However, the wastebasket was fine, and as lovely as one might expect. With its delicate curves, and soft fawn-like color, it is an object of affection by everyone who throws bathroom trash into it One of my guests loved it so much that he spent an abnormal amount of time in my bathroom just gazing upon it.

not easy to find anymore

Heavy duty that I knew I could not find in a brand other than Rubbermaid...not easy to find anymore. It is exactly what I was looking for at a good price. I am using it as an under-sink receptacle.
