Good office chair

Overall I am pleased with this chair. Is it a Herman Miller? No. Is it a good price and decently comfortable? Yes. Wish it could tilt back a little more, but other than that it works as it should. I use it three times a week for about two or three hours at a time and never feel sore afterwards.

Must be over 5"5 to use this chair

Why don't they make chairs for short people?!?!?! I'm 5"4 and my feet, on the lowest height setting, do not reach the floor. My toes will if I point them down. It's so frustrating. The edge of the seat has a lip which prevents my feet from reaching. I wish I could angle the seat down just a little bit. Then this chair would be perfect. Debating returning it....but the back support is GREAT and the movable arms are exactly what I wanted. Plus, it's an attractive chair. Ugh....dilemma

Comfortable and modern.

It is comfotable for our home office setup, and was fairly easy to assemble.

This chair is awful. Save your money and buy something else.

I fell for the name Serta. Putting the chair together was so hard. The seat and arms couldn't be put together. It took 3 people to eventually fix it It's just an awful product. My back hurts, sitting in it. The seat is so hard, my butt hurts from sitting in it. The chair is making squeaking noises. All these after a week of use It's not a cheap product by any means but what a piece of junk. I am not even sure how to return it because it's assembled now. They said free returns but no option to return if one is not happy with the quality of the product.

Would buy again

There is a little bit of installing the seat that gave us trouble, but in the end we got it to work and my son loves it for his school work at home. It is very comfortable for long hours at the desk and easy to clean with minor spills. Would buy again. Thanks!

OK but not great

Back is supportive. Seat not well padded and is a bit too shallow. It falls short of my expectations for the Serta brand. Shipping was very slow but I figure that is because of COVID but updating on shipping progress was poor.

You get what you pay for

Not too impressed with this chair - poorly made with white plastic that does not look like the photos. The white is VERY white, as opposed to an "off-white" in the pictures online. Flimsy and not very support. If you want a nice chair, maybe throw down a few more bucks, but I guess it serves its purpose.

Affordable chair

The chair is comfortable, well-padded and looks great. The mesh allows air to circulate while sitting and prevents majoring sweating (I sweat a lot, especially in this weather). It is also quite affordable, as other office chairs tend to be more expensive. Assembly was not difficult, even for a beginner such as myself. Rating 4/5 for now, as I only just started using the chair today - will update in the future about the longevity of the chair.
