Good ottoman

Pretty, lightweight, easy to assemble, made in US

This is a good ottoman for the price. It's not expensive, but it looks pretty. It's also very lightweight and easy to move. The velvet is soft and the grey goes with everything. It was easy to assemble...the legs are in the zippered compartment on the bottom, and you just take them out and screw them into the holes on the bottom. I did have an issue finding the holes in two of the spaces, as they were covered with black fabric. After shoving the fabric around with my finger for awhile, I was able to scrunch it into the corner and expose the holes. It took about 5 minutes to assemble. The height is perfect for the foot of my bed. It doesn't have storage, but I'm using it in the bedroom to get dressed, so it's not an issue. Since it's velvet I don't plan on using it as a high-traffic item; I think it would wear out relatively quickly. One of the legs came scratched (see pic), which is disappointing. Otherwise, this is beautiful and (considering the price) I'm very happy with it. It's also made in the US. There were numerous stickers on the bottom that I (mostly) removed, so I didn't get a pic, but it says made in the US with US and imported parts.

Nice quality - lightweight - looks much more blue than anticipated

This ottoman is really nice. It comes almost completely assembled - you just have to twist on the legs. I will say I thought at first that I received no legs - the legs are tucked inside the ottoman inside of a zipper underneath. It is lightweight and easy to move around. The fabric is high end and it looks and feels like a really high quality piece. The color was a LOT more blue than I anticipated. I have charcoal gray furniture, and the listing photo and color description "shadow" seemed like it would be a good match. But especially in outdoor lighting, the ottoman looks very, very blue (see my photo). My living room has huge bay windows and tons of natural light, even more than that pictured when our Christmas tree is put away, so it definitely looks blue in my room, especially next to my charcoal furniture. I do have blue accessories in the room, so it still "goes." I did have to buy and attach felt furniture pads on the bottom of the legs. The legs are just wood on the bottom and were making a terrible screeching sound anytime it got shifted (which is often since it's so lightweight). The pads were inexpensive and worked like a charm.

Beautiful Ottoman!

I needed something to sit on in my office, and this beautiful Ottoman filled the bill. It acts as a low bench in the corner of my office where I sometimes like to sit when I don't want to be at my desk, and makes a great place for my husband to sit down when he visits. It is cushy enough to be very comfortable, the legs feel sturdy, and the fabric is easy to clean if you spilled tea on it (don't ask me how I know that) and overall I'm just really delighted with both the clean and classy look, and the comfort level of this lovely little Ottoman. The only thing that would be better is if it were a storage ottoman, but I knew going in that it was a single function furniture piece, and besides, some of those storage ottoman's are not that comfortable to sit on.

Premium ottoman - GRAY color

I thought this ottoman by Ashley is going to be more turquoise in color but it’s more gray. It is generously sized and two people can sit comfortably. It has a pillow top that is soft to sit on but super dense and thick. Legs are made out of wood and they are stored inside the ottoman, behind the zipper on the bottom. Honestly this works great even without installing the legs, I think the height is perfect without the legs because my sofas are low. Legs are made out of wood and are solid, they give it classier look. The fabric is soft suede, it picks up soft hair (like cats) but it cleans easily with the lent brush. The stitching around the top pillow is done in color slightly different than the ottoman so you can see where the stitching is at and it’s a lovely detail. Overall, it’s a beautiful ottoman, well made, comfortable and GRAY in color.

Very nice ottoman

This comes ready to use right out of the box. The material is very soft and smooth to the touch. Plush extra seating when needed. Very comfortable as an "extra" living room chair when needed. Sturdy enough to stand on. Only draw back is that there is no hidden storage this is 100% an ottoman. Nice looking and well made.
