Hard to find '70' napkins!

Most stores only had the 'happy birthday' napkins in this color theme, so Amazon to the rescue for the specific '70' ones. Same quality as your usual party napkins, not too thin and get the job done. Decently priced as well.

These napkins were adequate as a luncheon sized napkin, but there was no 'sparkling'. The 'shining sparkles' are printed onto the paper. Other than that, they are exactly as illustrated.
