Good for tub
I am staying in a house that is on city water that has fluoride in chlorine added. I do not want to be my child in fluoride and chlorine. The chlorine actually stinks. So I put this on the bath and you can tell from the smell that it filters the chlorine out. At least she is being bathed and somewhat more pure water. I have been replacing the filter every three months.

Pretty Good
This is pretty much the ONLY bathtub filter I can find to filter our heavily chlorinated city water. I am surprised someone has not made a bigger and better filter so far. This one works fine. The problems with it are that it is on the small side and you cannot fill the tub as quickly as you normally could. If you try, the water will overflow this tub filter. I don't know why they couldn't make it a little larger capacity. I estimate this filter lasts about 4 months if you take a tub bath several times per week. If you take a daily tub bath, you will probably need to replace the filter in 2 months.

Absolute must-have for the tub
We have 4 younger children who all take tub baths, as do I on occasion. I hate the thought of us soaking in chlorine. We already had a filter on our shower but wanted one for the bath - which isn't really all that easy to come by. I was thankful to find the one I did, and changing out the cartridges is easy. I plan to buy a few more to keep on hand so we don't run out.

Overall good product, but have to remove between baths to avoid mold.
I like this product. I found it mentioned on a blog by someone who claimed to test the efficacy of the Sprite filter and found it to do a good job. There is a design flaw in the unit though. I think they should scrap the fabric part that attaches to the faucet. If you leave it on it molds. Even after I washed and bleached it, mold soon came right back. Now I take the unit off and keep it under the sink until I'm ready to take a bath. This is a little annoying, but the bath ball looks a little weird anyway, so I don't mind too much. The odd look and the annoyance factor is worth it to avoid soaking in harsh chemicals.

Works in tub with a twist
I only take baths, rarely showers. I use this by placing it in a Rain Shower Ball and swishing it in the bath water. Okay, I'm extremely frugal, but I do want to improve the quality of my bath water. I haven't had the water tested, but it seems to work really well. The water does not smell of chlorine as it does without using the filter.

I'm hoping the filter is working to remove most of the toxins in my sons bath. My hair may be the shiniest ever ???? However, I wish it didn't need to be replaced every thirty baths. And... It is so difficult to open the cartridge holder...the last time while trying to open it, I hurt my hand and it broke. I called and the rep basically hold me to be more careful and gave me the link to purchase a new one.

i have itchy skin from the chlorine in city water. i take baths every night to help me relax, and this helps a great deal with the itchy dry skin problem i was having. it drove me nuts trying to figure out what the problem was due to. i thought it was the dry summers but having wet seasons did not relieve it. another thing to add would be a tablespoon of coconut oil. that is very helpful too.
