Wavered between 3 and 4 stars because of chips

I don't know if this is normal for stoneware, but I'm finding chips everywhere. When I first received the plates and bowls, I looked over everything pretty well. After the first wash in the dishwasher, I found 3 chips on three different plates I'm fairly certain we're not there before the first wash. I'll keep an eye on this, and update my review later. On the plus side, I really do like these plates. The bowls are an excellent size. Somewhere between a salad bowl and a pasta bowl. Not too large, but big enough to hold as much as you want. The plates have a nice lip to them, so if your dinner has a lot of sauce, it stays on the plate quite well. And again, the plates are nice and big. So if you have any picky eaters who need their food not to touch, there's lots of real estate to make it happen. The plates are solid and heavy, so be warned if you need something lightweight. It's quite a lift from dishwasher to cabinet. And you will need space in your cabinet for these. My only concern is the chipping at this point. Three chips on three different pieces. Hopefully that's it for this set!

Good Finish, I particularly like the bowls.

Deep bowls, especially compared to my last set. In fact everything in this set is larger than what I thought was standard. The dinner plates are more like serving platters, the salad plates are just a smidge smaller than my old dinner plates, and the bowls are so deep they can almost serve 2. Some of the dishes finish can be a little rough or uneven but no worse than some of my older sets. I suppose I'm glad to just have 4 matching bowls and plates instead of a bachelors assortment of dishes.

Awesome dishes

These are great. Only issue is that you don’t really know what it is until you open it. Packaging is all brown cardboard with no pictures. The plates have a nice grain to them with some different colored speckles all throughout. Cutting on these is easy and I haven’t had any strange scratches or chips from regular use.

Well made, sturdy, salmon color

The media could not be loaded. This set of terracotta colored stoneware dinnerware is fabulous. The color is more reminiscent of a salmon color than a traditional terracotta color. The salmon color had a speckle in the pattern. Very pretty and summery. The set is heavy, as stoneware tends to be. The bottoms have a rough circle that may scratch wood tables.

Beautiful dish set

This set of dishes and bowls is beautiful. The set came packed extremely well packed with lots of protection for each plate, nothing broken or chipped. They are well crafted, and really add a bit of class to a your dish collection. They are not light weight dishes, but I consider that to be a positive because it shows they were made very well. They clean easily, and stack well in the cupboard. Even the bowls stack without issue, which is usually not the case with this kind of design. Overall, this is a lovely, strong set of dinnerware that I could proudly serve a meal on.

BEAUTIFUL AND QUALITY DISH SET

I absolutely love the color of these dishes. These dishes are a very good quality and thick. I haven't had any chip yet. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
