good quality... beware of sprayer

I had a plumber install this. I have a fused back and fused wrist and cannot do this type of stuff anymore. He said it was well made and everything fit the way it should. We have purchased several faucets with a spray function, but never a "Pre-Rinse" faucet before. Just beware, this comes with a nozzle that is designed to Rinse Restaurant Dishes Of Their Food. The sprayer has a very narrow and very strong pattern. If you are wanting a finer spray, you need to buy a different faucet or nozzle. Fortunately there is a replacement nozzle available for this unit, but it is an additional 80 dollars. So Be It :-) This faucet went into our "Janitor Sink" that we have in our laundry room. We wanted the sprayer because that is wear we bathe our 9 pound Chihuahua and 30 pound Bull Dog. The stock nozzle would be WAY Too Strong for them. It would be too much for any dog. Our mistake. We simply did not understand what we were getting. The new nozzle is on its way, and it will make washing our dogs a lot easier :-)

OEM Faucet - Significantly Less $ than Local Stores

Nothing counterfeit here, original manufacturer's faucet at about 25% less than i could have bought locally. Only concern is inadequate information, leading to my purchase of less preferred model. I tried to figure out difference between model 5PR-8W12-C and 5PR-8W12. Asked Amazon community and got wrong answer ("C" means chrome, no) so called manufacturer and got incomplete answer. As a result ended up with focused spray nozzle and not the round (less harsh) spray that I wanted. Oh well...

Top brand for commercial faucets in my opinion. Used to use Chicago Faucet. This has been a more maintenance free brand and is a better priced brand. I’m sold on it.

Defective Out of the Box

Sprayer would not work straight out of the box. Unfortunately by the time we had installed it in my commercial kitchen, the window for return had closed.
