Replacement part is correct

This piece was received correctly and its functions as expected. Missing stars are due to the design o the apparatus. This as bough to replace a failing one, that first had its humidity sensor failing, then the temperature (even if now it has started again to work, after months out of service). Also, the range of the signal is ridiculous (it fails to connect even if it is just a yard from the base, behind a brick and mortar wall). Finally, battery life is not so good. Overall, the Taylor theater station it is part, is very good.

Does the Job

After a year or two our first outdoor sensor started chewing through batteries within days/weeks, so we purchased this as a replacement. It synched right up and is doing its job well.

Humidity is off no way to calibrate

Humidity sensor is off by a lot. Two other sensors in the same room show 46% this one claims 20%, day after day. Bought a replacement, it did the same Wish there were a way to adjust this. I switched to Govee sensors which are app driven and can be calibrated.

The clock is still an hour off and the outside temperature does not register

It doesn't stay lit like the Taylor model we had to replace. In order to read it, we have to walk across the room and touch it, and then it stays illuminated for about 5 seconds. The numerals do not clearly illuminate--one of the two digits is half there. The clock is supposed to adjust to time zone, but ours has been either 1 or 2 hours off. It falls over easily. We want our old Taylor back!! How can we return this
