Surprisingly good

I bought these shoes, mostly because I thought they seemed like a good value… In spite of several positive reviews below that referenced them being rather heavy or hot. Having hiked the Grand Canyon rim to rim (hot)… And a regular through hot mountain terrain, I was concerned about the weight and heat of these boots As soon as I put them on, they felt great… They do run somewhere between “to size“ to slightly large. But they are comfortable, balanced, not heavy, and they do not seem to be too hot. Overall, I’m impressed with timberlands ecological footprint, recycled content of their materials… They seem like a good eco steward too. Recommended

Found a winner

I absolutely like them. They fit a little to big so get a 1/2 smaller. They are so comfortable and waterproof. I wear them about 15 hours straight and have no issues with them. I would definitely buy them again.

Good product.

I sent it back because I don't like the flat sole but it's a comfy and good boot for those who do. The size is accurate but maybe I am just happy about that as nowadays all shoes seem undersized like 1-3 sizes and I have small feet.

Unbelievable value for the money

Got these before a hiking holiday in the mountains and am amazed how well they fit. To be honest I’m a size 9 U.K. Nike and got 9.5 that fit perfectly so be cautious. Otherwise they are a waterproof nice looking Timberland boot.

Very good boots for slightly cold weather

Almost 3 months of everyday use later, these boots are very good for when there's snow, ice or just lots of rain outside. In my case, at first they felt slightly too big. However, after breaking them in, and, more improtantly, properly adjusting the laces, they are very comfortable. They are very warm in snow and ice, but breathe enough not to be hot inside. The boots hold out water quite well, I have never had water get through them so far. Only downside for winter being the shape of the boot at the rear, might be easy for snow to get in, if you're not being careful with your steps, or if you've got the fluffy kind of snow around you.
