I have bought these shoes for the last 5 years im glad they arent discontinued anymore.

Great work shoe.

Just retired my last pair after 5 years. Original inner souls too. Actually had two pairs because of the environment was rough. Swapped every other day. The seams came loose and had to have fixed. Good for light maintenance and welding, no laces to catch fire. The new pair is great. Looks good and comfortable standing. I was happy to see they still make them.

Comfortable out of the box

My 2nd pair of these. The first ones starting coming apart around the toe area on one of the shoes. I wore the heck out of these shoes, so it was time. They are very comfortable, easy to slip on and I love the steel toe.

Great work shoe, but tough to break in

Great work shoe, and extremely comfortable once broken in. The breaking in period was lengthy, but well worth it. If you are looking for a shoe that you can buy and start wearing for extended periods immediately, this might not be the best choice. However, if you are willing to wear them for short periods until they soften up a bit, they are a great shoe, even with the price tag. Steel toe is not even noticeable in these shoes, and I've been wearing them daily for a couple of months, and they still keep my feet dry. Solid work shoe, but I would be surprised if anyone could just slip them on and go.

I returned them for a size 12 which was painless with Amazon's easy free return policy

I ordered a size 11 which is my normal shoe size and the elastic was so tight i could hardly get them on. They fit okay once on but the tight elastic drove me crazy. I returned them for a size 12 which was painless with Amazon's easy free return policy, they even sent the size 12 out before I had even returned the size 11 (they don't bill for a month on the second pair). The size 12 are perfect and comfortable, they are also very well made. The bonus for me on the second pair was that they had gone down in price by 10 bucks, so i get a refund:-) I am walking the Dogs in shoes to break them in, no blisters so far.

Decent fit, good value

Very sturdy shoe with a decent fit. It is worth the money. After some use, it can appear to look dirty due to the wear marks.

Quality Not Perfect but Nice Shoe Overall

These are ok but the reinforced toe portion is too tight on my left foot. Sort of annoying but not enough so that I send them back. I think it's a product defect as my left foot is usually the smaller one. I had expected higher quality from Timberland. Other than that these are nice looking and work well.
