Doesn't work like it does in the salon!!!

I was so excited to be able to find this product. I was a hairstylist in NJ and after moving to the Midwest I couldn't find any salons who carried this colorline. This color you mix with double 40v and Bing bang boom you have a perfectly lifted ice blonde no toner needed because this color does it all. Well I'm naturally blonde and it only lifted me to a very yellow blonde. I know how well this color lifts and it just didn't work like how I know it's supposed to. I tried using it a second time to lift the yellow out and again it did nothing. Sadly I bought two tubes which were pricy. I don't know how this seller got the product. I don't know what kind of conditions the color was kept in (too hot or too cold will destroy color). I should have know this was too good to be true, this is my bad.
